Packaging, theme and specs
When I saw that ToysHeart released two new dual-layered onaholes with a transparent outer layer and a softer inner layer, I knew that I needed to get both. Level 99 limit break Extra Vacuum and Level 99 limit break Ultra Squeeze. So, I got both, and I wasn’t disappointed. I’ll start by reviewing the one I like a bit more, the Extra Vacuum version.
I really like the packaging from ToysHeart. They always use pretty illustrations and they always include a shaped plastic container and a small pack of lube, even with their smaller toys. The plastic container is a fantastic storage solution. Their packaging also always shows a circular chart showing the firmness and intensity of their toys.
The quality of their toys is consistently excellent, and their materials are always spot on. They’re really good at creating great TPE formulas. There are more toys in the Limit Break lineup that also look amazing. They have different tunnel designs, softness levels and intensity levels. I’m sure you’ll find one that feels great 😉
Level 99 limit break Extra Vacuum is from ToysHeart and is one of their 2 new additions to their Limit Break lineup. Measuring 160mm in length with a tunnel length of 140mm, this pretty onahole weighs 340g. It features a single closed-hole design and is made in Japan with high-quality TPE. It’s dual-layered with a transparent outer layer and a softert pink iner layer.
Additionally, all materials used in our products are in compliance with Japan’s Food Sanitation Act Standard No. 370 (食品衛生法基準第370号準拠素材採用), ensuring safety for oral contact.

Feeling
Outer Layer
Level 99 Extra Vacuum looks super pretty. I really like transparent toys, and I like them even more when there is a second layer inside. And I like them the most when the inner layer is softer than the outer layer. So this toy’s design really nailed it for me. For example, I also really love the design of Kaku-Meiki DX as well, that has the same colors and softness combination.
I really like how the soft pink inner layer is shining through. The labia looks nice and is stylized in a minimalistic way, which works really well with this design. It looks clean, minimal, and sweet, which I really enjoy.
The transparent outer layer is very shiny, but might lose it’s shine after a few washes or powdering. You can apply a thin coat of mineral oil to get the full shine back. On my softness scale, I’d place the outer layer at a “0”. As usual, the material and quality from ToysHeart are excellent.
Inner Layer
The opening of Level 99 Extra Vacuum is a slim slit that feels fairly tight and is still noticeable even after full insertion. The entrance of the tunnel has these small, very noticeable bumps that feel very stimulating, followed by a smooth area in the middle, and lastly, my favorite part, a cervix gimmick at the back of the tunnel. It really feels like an adventure going from the stimulating entrance to the smooth middle and then to the satisfying highlight at the end
The pink inner layer is softer, and I’d place it at a “-1” on my softness scale. It feels very similar, both in softness and color, as the one from Yandere Soft, which I reviewed a while back. It’s soft, but also very bouncy, so it creates a bit of resistance. I really adore this tunnel design and the material. It feels really good. On my intensity scale, I’d place this tunnel at a “-1”.
My only wish is that the Level 99 onaholes were a bit bigger. I feel like this is something I often think with ToysHeart. I really love the materials, the quality, and the textures… they’re always spot on. The only thing is that many of their toys are in the 300-gram range, whereas I personally prefer toys to be a bit bigger, starting from 450 grams. So if they ever create a bigger version of Level 99 Extra Vacuum, it might actually make it into my top 5.

Care
Cleaning:
Gently flip Level 99 Extra Vacuum inside out (but don’t leave it like that for too long), then wash it with soap and water. Once clean, flip it back to its original shape and let it dry completely.
Powdering:
To keep your onahole from getting sticky, apply a light coat of onahole powder or plain cornstarch. Brush off any excess, and it’ll feel just like real skin!
Storing:
Store your toy in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. UV rays can damage it, moisture can lead to mold, and heat can warp its shape. Over time, onaholes naturally lose some of their oils, which makes them firmer. This process happens faster if they’re in contact with materials like cotton, paper, or wood, which absorb oil. To minimize this, use a breathable plastic bag or container for storage.
Durability:
The very stretchy TPE make this onahole quite durable. The minimalistic opening is simple yet sturdy, so tearing shouldn’t be a concern. With proper care, your onahole can last for years!

Rating
I’m giving Level 99 Extra Vacuum an excellent 8 out of 10. I love how it’s built, and I really like both materials a lot. The shape is great, it looks really pretty and fun, and I like the color combination. ToysHeart is excellent at designing materials and tunnels. I really enjoy the “adventure” throughout the tunnel and the vacuum cervix gimmick at the back. Overall, I really like everything about it.
The only downside for me personally is that it’s a bit small for my taste. A bigger version, like 500g maybe, would possibly be a 10/10 for me. But that’s just me and you might love that it’s small 😉
And in general if you’re looking for a smaller onahole that feels fantastic, you can never really go wrong with ToysHeart.
