I was in Singapore recently, and CherryAffairs invited me to visit their showroom while I was in town. I said yes without really knowing what to expect. Adult store showrooms aren’t exactly known for inspiring confidence, and I hadn’t had many good experiences with physical adult stores before. But this one turned out to be genuinely pleasant. Here’s what you need to know before going yourself.

Where Is It and How Do You Get There?

The showroom is at 2 Kaki Bukit Avenue 1, #04-06, Singapore 417938, tucked inside an industrial estate. That sounds inconvenient, but it’s actually the best of both worlds:

Easy to reach: it sits between Ubi and Kaki Bukit MRT stations, with several bus routes nearby.
Zero foot traffic: industrial estates don’t get casual passersby. No one’s walking by on their lunch break, and you won’t run into anyone you know.

What to Know Before You Go

The showroom is open Monday to Friday, 1:30pm to 6:30pm. It’s closed weekends and public holidays, so plan ahead.

Book in advance by calling or WhatsApp-ing them. If you want to see a specific product, give them at least an hour’s notice. In my experience, booking ahead means you’re not left waiting around.

One important thing: the showroom isn’t a shop. It’s there so you can see products in person and make a more confident decision before ordering online. That said, same day self-collection and delivery are both available if you want something right away.

The Showroom Experience

I booked an appointment, and when I arrived, the showroom was empty except for me. It felt instantly private and relaxed. A team member greeted me warmly, gave a quick intro, and then let me browse without hovering, which was really nice. We ended up chatting about onaholes, what customers tend to like and why, and it was clear they actually knew the category well. I felt very comfortable the whole time and was surprised that they carry much more than onaholes.

The space itself is small but well put together: cosy, calm, with frosted windows. Combined with the location, the privacy here is about as thorough as it gets.

Why Visit In Person?

The real value of visiting is getting to handle the products before buying. Cross-sections are on display so you can feel the material and compare options in a way photos just can’t show. I’ve reviewed a lot of onaholes and still found this super useful. For a first-time buyer, I’d say it changes the decision entirely.

It’s especially worth it if you’re torn between a few products, eyeing something pricier, or new to the category and want to understand what actually makes one toy feel different from another.

Not everything is on display, but if you want something specific, just ask ahead of time.

Before I left, they packed a few review products into an opaque black bag. A small touch, but it shows the discretion doesn’t stop at the door.

Product Range

CherryAffairs goes well beyond onaholes: female toys, electric toys, accessories, lubes, and care products are all part of the range. That makes it a far more useful stop than a shop focused on just one category.

Two standout brands worth mentioning: Tomax, known for the Venus Real (rare to find in stock outside Japan), and Lovense, including the Solace Pro, the best electric toy I’ve tested.

My Final Verdict

What CherryAffairs gets right is quietly removing every reason people hesitate. The Kaki Bukit location means no one is questioning why you’re there (dozens of other businesses share the building).

The staff leave you alone unless you need them

None of it is flashy. But together, it makes for a visit that just feels easy. It’s worth a visit whether you’re a first-timer trying to understand materials, or an experienced buyer curious about one specific product before committing. I felt very comfortable the entire time and there was nothing awkward about this visit at all (unlike other adult stores I’ve visited in the past😅).

TLDR: if you’re in Singapore, it’s worth the visit. If you’re not, their online store is still one to keep on your radar.
