Design
Packaging, theme and specs
The packaging of G-19 Reality / 17Reality looks really nice and keeps the same overall vibe as other releases from ToysHeart.
One thing I immediately noticed once I had it in my hands is the illustration style. Instead of clean digital lines, it looks like it was hand-drawn with pencil and has those sketch-like outlines. I like that a lot, especially now that so many illustrations feel AI-generated. This gives it a really authentic touch, sowing it’s from a real illustrator.
G-19 Reality comes in a shaped plastic container and also includes a small pack of lube, which is always a nice addition.
Another thing I like is how much information you get directly from the packaging. You can clearly see the internal texture and cross-section, which gives you a good idea of what to expect. They also include their circular scale that shows the intensity and softness level, which is always very helpful.
G-19 Reality is from ToysHeart and is known in Japan as 17Reality. Measuring 155mm in length with a tunnel length of 140mm, this firm onahole weighs 370g. It features a single closed-hole design and is made in Japan with high-quality TPE. It’s single-layered and uses ToysHeart’s signature HitoHada material.
Additionally, all materials used in their products are in compliance with Japan’s Food Sanitation Act Standard No. 370 (食品衛生法基準第370号準拠素材採用), ensuring safety for oral contact.

Feeling
Outer Layer
The outside of G-19 Reality is very simple and minimalistic, like most of ToysHeart’s onaholes. It follows the same concept of no extra details on the side and a minimalistic design with a slit opening instead of a circular one.
The material is their Hito Hada material, which has a very nice tactile feel to it, as it doesn’t feel smooth but has a noticeable resistance when you run your fingers along it, creating friction similar to real skin.
G-19 Reality feels nice, fits well in my hand, and is easy to handle. It is single-layered and has a pinkish-beige color. On my softness scale, I would place it at a “+2”.
Inner Tunnel
G-19 Reality reminded me a lot of another onahole from ToysHeart that I reviewed recently, A Taciturn Beauty Big, but I actually like this one a bit more. The HitoHada material feels very similar on the outside, but G-19 Reality feels slightly softer, which I like. I also prefer this design, as this one has a stylized labia, whereas A Taciturn Beauty Big doesn’t have any.
There are 4 main features in this tunnel. The first is the almost dotted texture throughout the tunnel up to the cervix. It feels nice and is definitely noticeable. It’s not really dots, but more like very short, finger-like nubs. The second feature is the curve in the tunnel. It’s not super curved, but it’s definitely noticeable during use. I like that it’s subtle.
The third and most noticeable feature is the suction chamber at the end, the uterus gimmick. This toy has one of the best-feeling uterus gimmicks I’ve tried so far. It starts earlier in the tunnel, and the chamber is also larger, which means it can collapse more and create stronger suction. Once inside, it feels very gripping and doesn’t really want to let go, creating a very snug sensation. Moving in and out of it also creates a very satisfying “popping” sensation.
A fourth very noticeable feature of G-19 Reality is the tightness. It’s super tight. Even inserting my index finger feels very tight and gripping. This is definitely one of my more intense toys, but not too intense. It’s still very enjoyable to me, even though I usually prefer softer toys.
G-19 Reality is also fairly versatile. If you stay mostly in the first two-thirds of the tunnel, the sensation becomes smoother throughout the session. If you want a more intense experience, you can use the back section where the cervix gimmick is located. Moving in and out of this area creates a much stronger sensation, especially for those who enjoy focused stimulation on their glans.
To me, this toy feels like an upgraded version of A Taciturn Beauty Big. The cervix gimmick at the back really makes this toy stand out. On my intensity scale, I would place it at a “+2”.

Care
Cleaning:
Gently flip G-19 Reality inside out (but don’t leave it like that for too long), then wash it with soap and water. Once clean, flip it back to its original shape and let it dry completely.
Powdering:
To keep your onahole from getting sticky, apply a light coat of onahole powder or plain cornstarch. Brush off any excess, and it’ll feel just like real skin!
Storing:
Store your toy in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. UV rays can damage it, moisture can lead to mold, and heat can warp its shape. Over time, onaholes naturally lose some of their oils, which makes them firmer. This process happens faster if they’re in contact with materials like cotton, paper, or wood, which absorb oil. To minimize this, use a breathable plastic bag or container for storage.
Durability:
The firm TPE make this onahole quite durable. The minimalistic opening is simple yet sturdy, so tearing shouldn’t be a concern. With proper care, your onahole should last for years!

Rating
I am giving G-19 Reality / 17Reality a strong 7,9 out of 10. It’s definitely in my top 10 most intense toys. It’s tight, textured, curved, and has a very nice suction chamber. If you like intense toys, this is definitely something to try out. It allows for very short sessions with intense orgasms.
For me personally, a slightly bigger version of this toy, combined with a dual-layer design and a very soft inner material (like Mashiro’s Super Soft Hole), would be very close to one of my dream toys 🤩✨
