Nanako comes in a very discreet brown box… no pictures, no flashy design, just minimal branding. It’s about as discreet as it gets.

The torso itself is well designed. It has a curvy shape while remaining very compact for a torso. It’s made from very soft and highly stretchy platinum silicone and features an internal skeleton for structural support.

This is my first product from Hexxme, and I was very positively surprised, especially by the material. It truly feels unique. I’ve tried many different silicone brands by now, but this is easily the stretchiest silicone I’ve experienced so far.

Feeling
Outer Appearance & Feel
Nanako is a compact torso with a nicely arched back, voluptuous breasts, and a perky butt. The breasts are gel-filled and ultra soft. What surprised me the most about this torso is the silicone used. Silicone typically has very different properties compared to TPE, and even achieving a soft silicone is already quite impressive. By now, I’ve tried a few brands that offer silicone as soft as TPE, but one thing I hadn’t really seen before is stretchy silicone.

Even those softer silicone products usually don’t stretch very well, which makes them more prone to tearing if pushed too far. But with Nanako, I was genuinely surprised. The material stretches a lot more than expected, which makes it feel much more durable and resistant to tearing compared to other silicone products I’ve tried so far.

Nanako is a single-layer design and sits at around “0” on my softness scale. It also features very solid realism in its design. The vulva looks great, with nicely done skin folds and subtle pore details. I especially like the shape of the labia, which looks very natural. The belly button also stands out and looks fantastic. Another detail I really appreciate is the inclusion of short thighs, which makes the toy much more ergonomic and easier to use overall.
Vaginal tunnel
The first thing that I noticed about Nanako’s vaginal tunnel is that, compared to most silicone toys I’ve tried, it didn’t feel overly tight. In fact, it felt slightly looser than expected. That said, it’s not actually loose, it’s more that the silicone stretches very well, creating a sensation that feels quite similar to TPE of comparable softness.

The vaginal tunnel feels really enjoyable. You can feel the texture well, but at the same time it’s very smooth. I personally really enjoy smoother tunnels. While I do appreciate more detailed and intricate designs, I don’t like it when textures feel too sharp or pokey. So I was very happy with how smooth and comfortable this one feels.
On my intensity scale, the tunnel sits at around “0”. And on my softness scale it’s also a “0”, since it’s single-layered and the same soft silicone is used throughout.

The length of the vaginal tunnel is sufficient, but it could be slightly longer for my own personal taste. I noticed that it’s relatively easy for me to reach the end during use, which some users might actually prefer. Personally, I like having a bit more depth so there’s still some space at the back.
That said, there’s a big advantage to this shorter length: cleaning is much easier. With longer torso tunnels, it can be difficult to properly clean and dry the very back, which can increase the risk of damage or hygiene issues. That’s not a problem here, which is definitely a plus.
Anal tunnel
As with most torsos and hips I’ve tried, the anal tunnel is usually the one I’ll end up liking the most. And that’s the case with Nanako as well. The entrance is tighter than the vaginal one, and the tunnel itself also has a bit more tightness, while still maintaining the same smooth feel. It also feels slightly longer, which I personally enjoy.

One of the highlights for me is the hole alignment. The angle is very well placed, making it feel natural and comfortable to use in different positions. That’s a huge advantage of torsos in general, you can use them in any position you like. Nanako works well in doggy, missionary, or cowgirl, and transitions between them feel easy.
Because the torso is relatively compact rather than life-sized, it’s also very easy to handle and reposition. Especially now that I have a full-size doll, I really appreciate how effortless it is to switch positions with smaller torsos like this.

On my intensity scale, the anal tunnel sits around “0” to “+1”. It feels very smooth overall and stands out as the smoothest and stretchiest silicone tunnel I’ve used so far.

Care
Cleaning:
Use mild soap or an onahole cleaner with water to rinse it thoroughly. A sponge stick can be very helpful for reaching deep inside the tunnel. Once clean, make sure to dry it completely using a drying stick or a soft, absorbent cloth to prevent moisture buildup.
Powdering:
Silicone is a lot less sticky than TPE. To keep your torso from getting sticky, apply a light coat of onahole powder or plain cornstarch. Brush off any excess, and it’ll feel just like real skin!
Storing:
Store your toy in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. UV rays can damage it, moisture can lead to mold, and heat can warp its shape. Over time, TPE toys naturally lose some of their oils, which makes them firmer. But this doesn’t happen to silicone (or at least, not much). Even if silicone doesn’t really leak oil like TPE, I would still recommend to minimize contact with materials like cotton, paper, or wood, which absorb oil.
Durability:
The platinum silicone material of Nanako makes it a lot more durable than a TPE toy of similar softness. But as always, I advise to handle it gently to prevent damages. Stretching the holes too much can result into small tears.
And with gentle use and proper maintenance, your hip will last for years!

Rating
I give Nanako an amazing 8.9 out of 10. The standout feature for me is definitely the material. I’m genuinely impressed by this stretchy, soft silicone that mimics TPE extremely well. I really wish more of my silicone toys had this level of stretch, it makes a huge difference in both feel and durability.
The overall shape is nice, but I do think it could be refined a bit further. The proportions between the breasts, waist, and butt feel slightly cartoony to me. Personally, I’d prefer something a bit closer to realistic human proportions, as it would look more natural. Or something even more stylized like Mini Gala. That said, I know some people actually prefer this in-between stylized look.
So far, my experience with this fairly new brand has been very positive, and I’m really curious to see how they evolve and develop over the next few years. I’m honestly excited to try more from Hexxme. If you’re a fan of silicone toys, I’d even say this is a must-have, just to experience how advanced stretchy silicone can be.

Hey, cool mini torso! I think the bigger breasts are nice for paizuri action. And you said that Nanako is tear resistant, so I assumed you meant the outside and inside tunnels. I have a problem with my “Naomi” mini torso from Erovenus where the vaginal tunnel keeps flaking off in small silicone bits with each cleaning. I try to be gentle but it keeps happening. I wonder if you have a similar problem but likely not.
Anyways, how do you find the space for these toys haha.
