Design
Packaging, theme and specs
The box of Sensbody Goddess Asia 04.H Kang Yeonjin Soft follows the familiar Sensbody Soft design. It’s elegant, minimalistic, and puts the focus on the model.
The images on the box are undeniably sexy, but just like with Sensbody’s Eunbi Lee, I’m not entirely sure whether Kang Yeonjin is a real person. With some Sensbody releases, it’s very clear which model the onahole was moulded from, and you can even find behind-the-scenes photos and videos. A good example is Rima Arai, who I was already a fan of long before I knew Sensbody had made a 1:1 replica based on her.
With Kang Yeonjin, however, I couldn’t find any reliable information about the model. My best guess is that Kang Yeonjin is an improved version of Sensbody’s Kang Yeon-Ah, and that both toys were moulded from the same person. This would explain why the vulva looks almost identical: the labia shape, fine skin details, and even the urethral opening appear visually the same.
The key difference lies in the material. Kang Yeonjin feels softer, more realistic, and a bit more durable. And interestingly, my main criticism about Kang Yeon-Ah was that the material feels more like TPE than skin, so this feels like a direct improvement.
This is now my fourth Sensbody onahole review, and so far, Kang Yeonjin is my favorite.
You can also check out their newest collaboration with the Korean VTuber Min Burung. It looks absolutely stunning and I’m amazed that doesn’t reveal her face, but I know exactly what her vagina looks like. Hint: I’ll be reviewing Min Burung very soon as well 😉
Sensbody Goddess Asia 04.H Kang Yeonjin Soft is from Sensbody and is made in South Korea. Measuring 180mm in length and weighing 1100g, this hyper-realistic onahole features one tunnel and one layer. Made from very soft TPE, this onahole is moulded after Kang Yeonjin, capturing her beautiful vulva and vaginal tunnel for a lifelike feel. It is the fourth entry in Sensbody’s series.

Feeling
Outer Skin
Sensbody Kang Yeonjin Soft is optically the most realistic onahole in my collection, on par with Kang Yeon-Ah. Everything I admired and praised about Kang Yeon-Ah applies here as well.
The vulva of Kang Yeonjin looks incredibly natural and three-dimensional. It’s not a flat vulva with a simple circular opening like most onaholes. The opening is complex and anatomically accurate. You can clearly see all the correct structures: the clitoral hood seamlessly connected to the labia, the subtle concave vestibular areas on both sides of the clitoris, the urethral opening tucked behind the labia minora and positioned above the vaginal entrance.
Sensbody really nailed this mould. Kang Yeonjin feels like a near-perfect replica of the model’s vulva. I honestly don’t think a TPE onahole could achieve more visual accuracy than this.
The surrounding skin is just as impressive. The mons pubis and vulvar area feature highly detailed natural skin texture, including fine creases, pores, and subtle variations that add enormously to the realism.
The material of Kang Yeonjin isn’t pink like Kang Yeon-Ah, but rather pale beige like Rima Arai. It’s also the softest onahole from Sensbody that I have so far. I’d place it at about “-3 on my softness scale”. It’s also super stretchy and surprisingly more durable than Kang Yeon-Ah. One downside is that the material becomes very sticky after washing, so make sure to lightly powder the outside (as mention in the maintenance section).
Vaginal Tunnel
Let me start by saying this: for me, Kang Yeonjin is the most realistic onahole in the world. It is by far the most realistic-looking and realistic-feeling toy I have ever tried.
Insertion feels even better than what I described about Kang Yeon-Ah: The way the vaginal opening spreads as you press through the labia is unlike anything I’ve felt in a toy before. It’s one of the most realistic sensations I’ve ever experienced. It’s something I normally only associate with being intimate with a real woman.
When I first used it, I closed my eyes and focused entirely on the internal sensation, trying to compare it as closely as possible to the real thing. And honestly, it’s incredibly impressive how real it feels. If I were blindfolded and didn’t know that I was inserting my penis into this onahole (properly warmed and lubed), I genuinely believe I would be fooled into thinking it was a real vagina.
The material of Kang Yeonjin is super soft and feels extremely organic on the inside, easily on par with Meiki 004 Riho Fujimori’s red inner layer. That said, Meiki 004 uses a fantasy-style tunnel design, and its very small entrance hole reduces realism quite a bit. Kang Yeonjin, on the other hand, has it all! And because of that, it takes the number one spot in my personal realism ranking.✨✨
Thanks to the super stretchy material, the tunnel feels much longer than it actually is. With my other Sensbody toys, I could clearly tell that the tunnels were shorter than those of most onaholes. Here, though, I was really surprised. I remember thinking, “Wait… this tunnel isn’t short?” and had to double-check with my fingers to be sure. So basically, the tunnel is pretty short, but stretches without resistance, making it feel longer.
The material also creates a very organic gripping friction around your penis… the kind that feels like the inner folds of a real vagina gently holding on for a moment before slowly letting go. This is a sensation many people love about other realistic-feeling toys like Venus Real or Fuwa Ana 1mm.
I give Kang Yeonjin a very gentle “-2” on my intensity scale. It’s fantastic for regaining lost sensitivity or long edging sessions. But it can also make you come super fast if your preference is realism and not intensity.

Care
Cleaning:
You’ll need to be super gentle with this one. I recommend only using your fingers, mild soap and water to clean the tunnel. Once it’s fully rinsed, let it dry completely before storing it to prevent any moisture buildup.
Powdering:
To keep your onahole from getting sticky, apply a light coat of onahole powder or plain cornstarch. Brush off any excess, and it’ll feel just like real skin!
Storing:
Store your toy in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. UV rays can damage it, moisture can lead to mold, and heat can warp its shape. Over time, onaholes naturally lose some of their oils, which makes them firmer. This process happens faster if they’re in contact with materials like cotton, paper, or wood, which absorb oil. To minimize this, use a breathable plastic bag or container for storage.
Durability:
Sensbody Kang Yeonjin Soft is definitely on the delicate side. I can see it tearing easily if handled too roughly. The gentler you are with it, the longer it will last. Treat it with care, and you’ll get more use out of this awesome soft sensation.

In my personal opinion, Kang Yeonjin is the most realistic onahole you can get to date. The level of realism is incredible: not only visually, but also how close it feels to the real thing during use. It genuinely makes me wonder why there aren’t more brands with the same moulding technique as Sensbody.
Sensbody is one of my favorite onahole brands, and I’m consistently impressed by their moulding technique and the unique level of realism they achieve. Their attention to anatomical detail surpasses any other manufacturer I know. I’m truly impressed by the effort they put into creating hyper-realistic vagina replicas.
Now imagine this moulding technique and material being used in a larger format: maybe an onahip, dual-layered, with a more durable outer skin and this exact same vaginal tunnel on the inside. Boom🤯🤯🤯. Take my money!! …because that would easily be the greatest toy ever made.✨✨

Yeonjin has become my number one toy and with it my favourite brand, I’m convinced that this is the best way to make onaholes at least for me as somebody that loves the realistic feel.
Only problem is the durability, I’ve owned mine for 2 months and their are tears on the inside specifically the sides of the tunnel tho they haven’t changed or detracted to the overall fell to much. If they improve that I’m sure they will bring out the GOAT ona lol. For sure my next toy will be a Sennsbody I’m excited for more reviews and hope another from them will rival this one.
