Packaging, theme and specs
A Taciturn Beauty BIG comes in a really charming box with soft pastel colors. The anime-style character looks very gentle and there’s actually nothing sexual about the illustration. She’s just sitting, holding baloons, daydreaming… that fits the name perfectly. The design isn’t as loud as most onahole boxes, but I love the subtleness and the beautiful pastel colors.
A Taciturn Beauty BIG is the big version of A Taciturn Beauty and it’s the most firm, single-layered toy I have. Theres also a hard verion called A Taciturn Beauty HARD. The whole toy is made of the front layer of Nurse Special Patrol. The first thing I noticed about this toy is how lifelike the skin feels. ToysHeart’s ヒトハダ (Hitohada) material truly feels amazing.
In general, I’d say ToysHeart has some of the best material compositions out there. Their craftsmanship is always top-notch, and the quality control on their onaholes is consistently flawless. Their ultra-soft material, in Mashiro’s Super Soft Hole, is my favorite soft material and Mashiro easily earned its place in my top 5 toys of all time. On the other end of the spectrum, their firm Hitohada material in A Taciturn Beauty BIG or Nurse Special Patrol is also spot-on. And let’s not forget their super popular lube, Onatsuyu Lotion, often praised as the best onahole lube ever.
A Taciturn Beauty BIG is from ToysHeart and is the big version of A Taciturn Beauty. Measuring 150mm in length with a tunnel length of 135mm, this compact and firm onahole weighs a comfortable 380g. It features a single closed-hole design and is made in Japan with high-quality TPE. It’s single-layered with a very firm beige material.

Feeling
Outer feel
The skin of A Taciturn Beauty BIG feels really unique. It doesn’t feel smooth like most onaholes. It’s hard to describe, but it feels like skin. You know how skin isn’t totally smooth but creates friction when you run your fingers along it? Thats how ToysHeart’s ヒトハダ (Hitohada) material feels. ToysHeart didn’t go for realism with the design. The opening is very minimalistic, no details, no lips and a round hole as opening.
The material is very firm, about a “+3” on my softness scale.
Inside feel
A Taciturn Beauty BIG doesn’t let you relax. It’s intense from front to back. Right at the entrance, you’re greeted by two large bumps, one on the top, one on the bottom, each covered in tiny nubs. And because the material is so firm, you can distinctly feel every single one of those nubs.
The middle part of the tunnel is the most “relaxed” area, featuring a spiral texture. I often found myself retreating to this section whenever I needed a break from the intensity. But at the end of the tunnel, you’re rewarded with one of the best cervix gimmicks I’ve ever felt. The cervix mimic is very noticeable! You can pop in and out of it, which adds an incredible sensation, and that alone is worth trying this toy for. I love tunnels with this kind of reward at the end, like Puni Virgin 1000 Fuwatoro or Step-Sister’s Secret Relation, but this one is definitely the most intense because of the firmness.
Beyond the cervix, you reach the “uterus”: a small chamber lined with tiny nubs. The stimulation remains strong and highly detailed all the way through the tunnel. The toy also feels quite tight, with minimal stretch, and the suction is powerful, which only adds to the overall intensity.
A Taciturn Beauty BIG is the firmest onahole in my collection and easily one of the most intense. If you’re into firm and stimulating toys, this could easily become your new favorite. The texture, material quality, and durability are all top-tier and absolutely flawless.
That said, it’s a bit too firm for my taste. As you probably know from my other reviews, I’m more of a soft onahole lover. This toy just leans too far into the firmness for me personally. But objectively? It’s an impressive piece.
I give A Taciturn Beauty BIG a “+3” on the intensity scale.

Care
Cleaning:
Gently flip A Taciturn Beauty BIG inside out (but don’t leave it like that for too long), then wash it with soap and water. Once clean, flip it back to its original shape and let it dry completely.
Powdering:
To keep your onahole from getting sticky, apply a light coat of onahole powder or plain cornstarch. Brush off any excess, and it’ll feel just like real skin!
Storing:
Store your toy in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. UV rays can damage it, moisture can lead to mold, and heat can warp its shape. Over time, onaholes naturally lose some of their oils, which makes them firmer. This process happens faster if they’re in contact with materials like cotton, paper, or wood, which absorb oil. To minimize this, use a breathable plastic bag or container for storage.
Durability:
The firm material makes this onahole super durable. There also is barely any oil leaking from the toy compared to soft toys. The circular opening is simple and sturdy, so tearing shouldn’t be a concern. With proper care, this onahole can last for years!

Rating
A Taciturn Beauty BIG from ToysHeart earns a great 7.8 out of 10. That’s my personal score as someone who generally prefers softer, milder onaholes. But if you’re a fan of firm and intense stimulation, this could easily be a 10/10 for you. Seriously, don’t miss out 😉.
Objectively, this toy is fantastic: it’s intense, it has an epic cervix gimmick, and the skin-like outer texture is really impressive. The tunnel design is well thought out and delivers high-quality stimulation throughout.
My only wish? That ToysHeart would release a soft version of this exact toy. That would easily land in my list of favorite onaholes of all time.
