Design
Packaging, theme and specs
Let’s start with the packaging. The box for Step-Sister’s Secret Relation is beautifully designed, similar to the flawless packaging from EXE/Hatopla, with bold fonts and a large, eye-catching character on the front. I was pleasantly surprised to find a larger, poster-like version of her printed inside the box once I opened it. So far, this is my favorite character design from XTC-Japan. (The only character that tops her is the Holy Sister Oppai—absolutely mind-blowing! But I haven’t gotten my hands on that oppai toy yet.)
Now, let’s talk about the onahip itself. I call it the “Puni Virgin 2000 Fuwatoro“, and that says a lot. If there were a 2kg version of the ultra-popular Puni Virgin 1000 Fuwatoro, this would be the closest thing to it. It feels almost identical but bigger and with two holes. Of course, they’re from different brands, so it’s not an exact match, but the similarities are undeniable. The softness, the cervix at the end of the tunnel, the tunnel texture—they all feel incredibly familiar in the best way possible.
Interestingly, the product pictures on the packaging actually undersell the toy by suggesting a dual-layered design with a firmer pink tunnel material. That’s why I initially skipped this toy when it was first released. And I’m so glad I gave it a chance, because the tunnels are just as soft as the outside—a massively pleasant surprise for a soft-onahole lover like me!
XTC-Japan is known for its bold creativity and unique approach to onahole design. They consistently push boundaries with toys unlike anything else on the market. Take the Onaho of the Round Table, for example—a toy featuring eight distinct holes. They’ve even released an onahole shaped like a foot!
Step-Sister’s Secret Relation continues this trend, presenting an onahip in the shape of a heart. XTC-Japan’s commitment to innovation is truly impressive, and I can’t wait to see what they’ll come up with next.
Step-Sister’s Secret Relation is from XTC-Japan and was released late 2024. Measuring 180mm x 190mm with a tunnel length of ~145mm, this fantastic onahip weighs a meaty 2175g. It features two closed-holes and is made with soft high-quality TPE. It’s single-layered with a super soft feel.

Feeling
Outer Appearance & Feel
Step-Sister’s Secret Relation features two tunnels and some wonderfully juicy butt cheeks. The overall shape resembles an upside-down heart, which gives it a unique and playful aesthetic. The pussy is pleasantly puffy, though the actual vaginal opening lacks intricate detailing. It leans more toward a minimalistic anime style rather than a hyper-realistic onahip, which fits the overall theme.
The material feels incredibly smooth and is much softer than I expected. Honestly, XTC-Japan should have advertised the softness of this toy way more—it’s one of its standout qualities and something soft-onahole lovers would absolutely appreciate.
Vaginal tunnel
As mentioned earlier, Step-Sister’s Secret Relation is a single-layered toy. The first texture right after the opening is particularly interesting—a geometric pattern that’s quite unusual but feels surprisingly nice. From there, the tunnel features a variety of subtle textures leading to the standout element: the cervix, just like in the Puni Virgin 1000 Fuwatoro. Popping in and out of the cervix feels just as amazing as expected, adding a satisfying depth to each stroke.
Overall, the tunnel delivers a smooth, mild experience, with sensations strikingly similar to the Puni Virgin 1000 Fuwatoro. The material is bouncy, stretchy, and exceptionally soft. With its ~2kg weight, it’s versatile enough for both handheld and hands-free use. However, the heart-shaped design makes it bottom-heavy and a bit tricky to grip with one hand, so you’ll likely need both for handheld sessions.
On the softness scale, I’d rate it around “-1.5” to “-2”. (The outside feels more like a “-1” but the inside feels more like a “-2”)
The tunnel feels fantastic, and—just like I mentioned in my Puni Virgin 3200 review—I really wish the vaginal tunnel of the Puni Ana SPDX Soft felt this good.
It strikes a perfect balance: nicely snug but not overly tight, soft yet stimulating, and with a satisfying length that provides excellent suction. The combination of stretchiness and smoothness makes for an incredibly comfortable experience, ideal for long, relaxing sessions.
Overall, I’d rate it “-2” on the intensity scale—gentle, immersive, and deeply enjoyable.
Anal tunnel
The anal tunnel is well-designed, with a nice, tight opening leading into an even snugger passage. It also feels a bit smoother than the vaginal tunnel, which I really like. However, it also feels significantly shorter, and here lies my biggest criticism of the entire toy.
There just isn’t enough space for the anal tunnel. The back wall is so thin that every time I push in, I feel like I might poke through. To make matters worse, my onahip has a very slight defect—the tunnel curves to the left. This is a massive bummer, because it holds the toy back from being a perfect 10/10.
Despite this flaw, the actual sensation is still very pleasant, mirroring the vaginal tunnel in terms of softness. I’d rate it “-1.5” on the intensity scale.
What Makes Step-Sister’s Secret Relation So Special?
It’s the combination of everything done right—the incredibly satisfying softness, the perfect weight, and the striking similarity to one of my all-time favorite onaholes. From the well-designed packaging to the unique heart-shaped form and thoughtfully crafted tunnels, this toy delivers on so many levels.

Care
Cleaning:
Like most onahips, cleaning the Step-Sister’s Secret Relation takes a bit more effort than a standard onahole, but it’s still manageable. Use mild soap or an onahole cleaner with water to rinse it thoroughly. A sponge stick can be very helpful for reaching deep inside the tunnels. Once clean, make sure to dry it completely using a drying stick or a soft, absorbent cloth to prevent moisture buildup.
Powdering:
To keep your onahole from getting sticky, apply a light coat of onahole powder or plain cornstarch. Brush off any excess, and it’ll feel just like real skin!
Storing:
Store your toy in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. UV rays can damage it, moisture can lead to mold, and heat can warp its shape. Over time, onaholes naturally lose some of their oils, which makes them firmer. This process happens faster if they’re in contact with materials like cotton, paper, or wood, which absorb oil. To minimize this, use a breathable plastic bag or container for storage.
Durability:
This onahip is soft, big, and has small holes, which means you could damage it if you’re not careful—so handle it with care. But the super stretchy material makes it very tear-resistant. The anal tunnel is very short unfortunately and can be poked through easily.
But with gentle use and proper maintenance, your onahip should last for years!

Rating
I’m giving Step-Sister’s Secret Relation (aka Puni Virgin 2000 Fuwatoro to me) an awesome 9 out of 10. Even I was surprised by how much I like it! As I mentioned before, the packaging actually made me hesitant to buy this toy. Had I known how soft it is and that it’s single-layered, I would have grabbed it as soon as it was released.
That said, it’s not quite a 10/10 due to the lack of space for the second tunnel. The back wall is just too thin, and I doubt it will take long before a hole appears. However, if you’re mainly planning to use just one hole anyway, this might be your ideal 2kg onahip.
