Packaging, theme and specs
Shin Meiki no Syoumei File No.004 Riho Fujimori is themed after the popular JAV actress Riho Fujimori, and the packaging does a fantastic job of highlighting her appeal. The box features several pictures of her, including topless shots where she’s wearing only panties, emphasizing her majestic breasts. Inside, you’ll also find a poster of her, a nice bonus for fans. Additionally, NPG includes a bottle of lube with her image on it (but the lube is super watery, not recommened). This really feels like a very premium product.
The packaging itself is top-tier, both in terms of quality and design. It looks stunning and is built to make an impression. This isn’t just another generic box—it genuinely feels like a collector’s item, making the unboxing experience feel special right from the start.
This is one of NPG’s premium Meiki series onaholes, designed to replicate the experience of being with Riho Fujimori. The toy is crafted using three different layers. The outer layer is soft and skin-like, beautifully molded to resemble Riho’s vulva, while the inner layers provide a very lifelike internal sensation.
In terms of realism, this is hands down the most realistic-feeling toy I own. The craftsmanship and material selection make it feel incredibly close to the real thing. NPG is a legendary brand in the onahole world, known for creating the most popular onahole of all time—the ZXY. And Riho Fujimori is definitely among NPG’s finest releases and their softest one.
Shin Meiki no Syoumei File No.004 Riho Fujimori is from NPG and was released in early 2023. Measuring 185mm in length and weighing 800g, this premium onahole features two tunnels and is crafted with three distinct layers for a lifelike feel. Feeling
Outer Skin
Riho Fujimori’s onahole looks fantastic on the outside, with an impressive level of skin detail that enhances its realism. The lips are beautifully sculpted and look incredibly inviting, adding to the lifelike aesthetic. The material itself feels just like real skin—smooth, supple, and incredibly soft.
One of the first things I noticed is how floppy and delicate the toy is. Just by holding it, you can tell that the inside is even softer. The skin is about a “-1” on my softness scale. (When I just unboxed it and used it the first time it felt more like a “0” or “+1”, but it somehow got softer after a few uses. More about this later)
Vaginal Tunnel
Riho Fujimori’s onahole comes with two tunnels, but honestly, I think the vaginal tunnel alone would have been more than enough.
From the very first use, I was blown away by the realism. The sensation was so shockingly lifelike that I had to stop, pull out, and even test it with my finger just to confirm what I was feeling. And even with just my finger inside, the realism was unbelievable.
When properly warmed and well-lubricated, this tunnel feels almost identical to the real thing. (Small disclaimer: Of course, not every vagina feels the same—each one is unique. But when I say “this toy feels like the real thing”, I mean it feels incredibly organic, like real delicate skin.)
The inner layer is bright red and incredibly soft. On my softness scale, this is a “-3”.
Riho Fujimori’s onahole is impressively stretchy and quite long, making it a great choice for anyone, even if you’re on the longer or girthier side. The entrance, however, is fairly tight. While that might be a plus for some, it’s my only minor complaint. Because the rest of the tunnel is so soft and relaxed, the entrance ends up being the most noticeable part, and during my first use, it even cut off some blood supply. The good part is that it kept all the lube inside the tunnel very well.
Interestingly, the tightness changed after a few uses. The entrance no longer feels as tight, and the outer layer seems generally softer than when I first got it. I’m not sure why? Maybe it stretched slightly, or perhaps the oils from the super soft inner layer soaked into the outer layer?
The vaginal tunnel isn’t tight at all; it’s incredibly relaxed but not loose. It wraps around you like a soft marshmallow hug. At the end of the tunnel, there’s a cervix, and despite the softness, it’s surprisingly noticeable once you slip inside. I give it a “-3” on the intensity scale.
Anal Tunnel
In my opinion, the anal tunnel wasn’t super necessary. Even though this onahole is bigger than most handheld onaholes, it’s still not quite large enough to fully support two tunnels. That said, it doesn’t take away from the experience either. The entrance is extremely tight—even getting my finger inside was tricky. The inner texture feels nice, a bit tighter than the vaginal tunnel but also noticeably shorter. It’s a decent addition, but the walls are too thin for it to really stand out. I ended up not using this hole much. Some onaholes make the anal tunnel a highlight, like the Puni Ana SPDX Soft, but in this case, it felt like they wanted to include too much in one toy. I’d rate the intensity at “-2” on the scale.

Care
Cleaning:
Unfortunately, you shouldn’t flip this one inside out, as it could get damaged. Instead, just use mild soap and water, along with your fingers or a sponge stick, to clean the tunnels thoroughly. Once it’s fully rinsed, let it dry completely before storing it to prevent any moisture buildup.
Powdering:
To keep your onahole from getting sticky, apply a light coat of onahole powder or plain cornstarch. Brush off any excess, and it’ll feel just like real skin!
Storing:
Store your toy in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. UV rays can damage it, moisture can lead to mold, and heat can warp its shape. Over time, onaholes naturally lose some of their oils, which makes them firmer. This process happens faster if they’re in contact with materials like cotton, paper, or wood, which absorb oil. To minimize this, use a breathable plastic bag or container for storage.
Durability:
The outer layer is stretchy and firmer than the soft interior, making it quite durable. So far, I haven’t noticed any tearing or damage—just that the outer layer seems to have gotten softer and the opening slightly wider over time, which is actually a great improvement. With proper care, this onahole should last for years!

I’m giving Shin Meiki no Syoumei File No.004 Riho Fujimori an outstanding 9 out of 10. It’s the most realistic-feeling onahole I’ve tried, and whenever I crave something that closely mimics the real thing, this is the one I reach for. The tight opening was initially a bit of a drawback, but after a few uses it’s not really noticable anymore. This onahole is perfect for long, gentle sessions. If you’re into soft onas and are looking for a realistic experience, this might just be the one for you.

Something interesting you might want to know, the problems you mentioned are all fixed in no. 14 for the Koyoi Konan.
I thought I was crazy and found out that other reviewers saying no. 14 is pretty much a better no. 4, so I would strongly recommend no. 14 instead.
