Sao Awakening! Bira Pechiko comes in a well-designed box featuring a cute fox girl with large breasts, dressed in a uniform that reminds me of a train conductor. Fox girls are a recurring theme in Fantastic Baby’s products, as nearly all their onaholes feature a different one. The name itself is quite long and not easy to remember, and it doesn’t mean much in English, so I looked into the translation.
The name roughly means “Penis Awakening! Bira Pechiko,” a playful and erotic title suggesting intense pleasure. Sao is slang for penis, Kakusei means awakening, and Bira Pechiko refers to soft, flappy labia with a cute, character-like twist.
Sao Awakening! Bira Pechiko is one of the most unique handheld onaholes I’ve tried. The shape is a simple cylinder, but it has small indentations like a golf ball, giving it a distinct look and grip. The entrance is just a plain hole, and the interior features a dual-layer design unlike anything I’ve seen from other brands.
Fantastic Baby excels at creating soft and unconventional onaholes, and this one is no exception. They consistently experiment with textures and designs that break the mold. If you’re curious, I’d definitely recommend checking out their other fox girl-themed toys. Like the Mattari Demon Skills – Gunyu no jori or Ura Suji Fuwa Zori no Mai BIG just to name a few.

Sao Awakening! Bira Pechiko is from Fantastic Baby and was released in mid-2024. Measuring 165mm in length with a width of 75mm, this very unique onahole weighs a comfortable 450g. It features a single closed-hole design and is made in Japan with high-quality TPE. It’s double-layered with a super soft inner texture and a super soft outer layer.

Feeling
Outer layer
The design of Sao Awakening! Bira Pechiko is minimalistic—just a simple cylinder with a small circular opening. This makes it a great choice for those who prefer a more discreet toy. At first glance, it could easily pass as a decorative object, like a vase or a piece of modern art. The golf ball-like indentations make the cylider a bit more interesting.
The white exterior is incredibly soft. One of the softest onaholes in my collection. It reminds me of RideJapan’s Fuwa material or the ultra-soft TPE of ToysHeart’s Mashiro’s Super Soft Hole… but this one feels even softer.
I’d rate it around “-3” on the softness scale. It’s soft, bouncy, and very easy to squeeze.
Inside the tunnel
Despite the tiny circular opening, insertion is effortless due to the ultra-soft material. Inside, the texture is very unique. The tunnel has four textured sides:
- Two opposing sides feature thin, domino-like triangular ridges running from front to back, made of the same white “-3” softness material.
- The other two sides have a single continuous triangular ridge instead of separate dominos. These ridges have a textured surface resembling sushi rice and are made from a pink soft material.
Though the pink layer seems intended to be softer, it feels nearly identical to the white material at around “-3” on the softness scale. The sensation changes depending on how you hold the toy. With the pink sides positioned horizontally, the tunnel feels more relaxed, while having them on the top and bottom adds a slight increase in stimulation. Despite the extreme softness, the texture is surprisingly noticeable, making each side feel different.
Sao Awakening! Bira Pechiko is extremely stretchy, fairly long, and on the looser side, making it a great fit for most sizes, even those on the longer or girthier side. However, the suction effect helps it conform to smaller users as well. When the air is pushed out before insertion, a strong vacuum forms, making the walls hug you snugly despite the spacious interior. Having so much space inside also requires a lot of lube.
The cylindrical shape naturally collapses into an oval when in use, making it easier to squeeze for added pressure. The overall experience is incredibly smooth and ultra-soft. Sao Awakening! Bira Pechiko is truly ideal for long, slow edging sessions. It’s almost as gentle as the legendary Kuu Sou Ultrasoft, the softest onaholes ever made. I’d rate it a “-3” on the intensity scale.

Care
Cleaning:
Gently flip the onahole inside out (but don’t leave it like that for too long), then wash it with soap and water. Once clean, flip it back to its original shape and let it dry completely.
Powdering:
To keep your onahole from getting sticky, apply a light coat of onahole powder or plain cornstarch. Brush off any excess, and it’ll feel just like real skin!
Storing:
Store your toy in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. UV rays can damage it, moisture can lead to mold, and heat can warp its shape. Over time, onaholes naturally lose some of their oils, which makes them firmer. This process happens faster if they’re in contact with materials like cotton, paper, or wood, which absorb oil. To minimize this, use a breathable plastic bag or container for storage.
Durability:
This one is definitely on the delicate side. I can see it tearing if you handle it too roughly. Of course, you can use it however you like, but just keep in mind that the gentler you are with it, the longer it will last. Treat it with care, and you’ll get more use out of this awesome soft sensation.

Rating
I’m giving the Sao Awakening! Bira Pechiko a really good 7.9 out of 10. I’d rate it even higher (maybe 8,5/10), but this is really a toy for those who love soft onaholes. If you’re after strong stimulation, this one might be too mild for you. That said, it’s definitely a creative and unique design. It’s refreshing to have an onahole that breaks away from the usual patterns… especially if you already own a few that start to feel similar.
