Ruki’s breasts are massive. The shape is gorgeous. They have a very natural, rounded oval form, but they’re also noticeably affected by gravity. Without support, they can look a bit saggy in pictures, mainly because it’s difficult to position them in a way that fully shows their natural curve. The photos tend to reflect how they flatten slightly under their own weight.

The nipples look beautiful and ultra-realistic. The skin is very smooth and closely resembles real skin. You can even see subtle veins beneath the surface, which adds a lot to the overall realism. Honestly, if you showed me a picture of these breasts without context, I would assume they were nude pics of a real person.

The weight is also very impressive and feels quite close to what real breasts of this size might weigh. Real breasts are made mostly of fatty tissue, which has a density slightly lower than water, while gel-filled platinum silicone tends to be a bit denser. So in theory, these might be slightly heavier than real breasts of the same size… but overall, the difference is small enough that it feels very realistic in practice.

Squeezing Ruki is extremely satisfying. I recently reviewed Lyraelle and was amazed by how soft and jiggly it felt, almost unreal in how lifelike it was. I feel the same way about Ruki. If someone placed my hands on these in the dark, I would genuinely think I was touching a real person’s chest. The softness of the silicone skin is about “-2” on my scale and the gel filling feels like a “-4” on my scale.

It feels like I really hit the jackpot with the two premium breast toys I’ve reviewed so far. In terms of feel, they are very similar, but Ruki’s skin feels slightly firmer than Lyraelle’s. But the gel filling keeps the overall feel just as soft and lifelike. Plus Ruki’s breasts are definitely larger. I can’t directly compare them in cup sizes, but I would estimate they’re about one and a half times bigger (or even twice as large). This makes them heavier, but more importantly, much easier and more satisfying to use during Paizuri.

The skin texture of Ruki is also noticeably smoother. Lyraelle has more visible pores and folds, while Ruki resembles very smooth and even skin. It actually feels very similar to the breasts on my high-end full dolls from Bezlya.
