The R-19 comes in a box featuring an office lady holding the R-19, accompanied by a chibi version of the character for a touch of charm. While the character art is well-drawn, the overall packaging design feels a bit bland.
What really sets this onahole apart is its impressive length—at 19cm, it’s considerably longer than most handheld onaholes. The material is slightly firmer than the standard onahole softness, delivering a bit more intensity to the experience. Inside, the tunnel features six uniquely crafted pleasure zones, each offering a distinct sensation.

Feeling
Outer skin
The outer skin of the R-19 is silky smooth to the touch, giving it a minimalist vibe. The exterior design is quite simple, with little in the way of textures or patterns, which makes it functional but not particularly eye-catching. It’s all about what’s inside!
Inner tunnel
Let’s dive in! The tunnel of the R-19 seems endless—you can keep going deeper and deeper, and it feels like there’s always more room to explore. It features six stimulating inner zones, each offering unique sensations. It starts with the Seifuku Startline Entrance, a tight and inviting opening, followed by the Twinkle Hoshi Touchpoints, lined with soft nodules for gentle stimulation. The Secret Spots Area surprises with varied textures, while the Harajuku Yume Zone delivers playful, dreamlike massages. Next is the Gyaru Groove Passage, with snug grooves that ripple with every stroke, leading to the finale: the Corkscrew Cavern, a twisting tunnel for intense, spiraling pleasure. However, I have to admit that the six distinct zones didn’t stand out much during use. The similar material softness throughout the toy and the uniform size of the nubs in each zone make them feel quite alike.
The TPE material used by XTC-Japan strikes a nice balance. It’s soft but has just the right amount of resistance to keep things interesting. On my softness scale, I’d rate it a “+1”.
Overall, I’d describe the R-19 as a “normal” onahole, but with the added benefit of being super long. It provides a solid experience, and I’d rate it at a “+1” on the intensity scale.

Care
Cleaning:
Gently flip the onahole inside out (but don’t leave it like that for too long), then wash it with soap and water. Once clean, flip it back to its original shape and let it dry completely.
Powdering:
To keep your onahole from getting sticky, apply a light coat of onahole powder or plain cornstarch. Brush off any excess, and it’ll feel just like real skin!
Storing:
Store your toy in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. UV rays can damage it, moisture can lead to mold, and heat can warp its shape. Over time, onaholes naturally lose some of their oils, which makes them firmer. This process happens faster if they’re in contact with materials like cotton, paper, or wood, which absorb oil. To minimize this, use a breathable plastic bag or container for storage.
Durability:
The straightforward design, single-layer construction, and stretchy TPE make this onahole quite durable. The circular opening is simple yet sturdy, so tearing shouldn’t be a concern. With proper care, this onahole can last for years!

Rating
I’m giving the R-19 a 6.5 out of 10. It’s a good onahole from XTC-Japan! As a fan of softer onaholes, I do wish there was a softer, Fuwa-style version of this toy. That would definitely push the rating to an 8.5/10. However, if you’re not a fan of soft toys, this could easily be an 8/10 or higher for you.
