Prone Bone Madame Booty looks absolutely insane. The first time I saw it, I honestly couldn’t believe my eyes. This thing is huge. The vaginal lips are massive, and the butthole features a very pronounced, donut-shaped design that protrudes outward. On top of that, the butt cheeks are extremely jiggly!!! The moment I saw it, it instantly landed on my must-have wish list.
Prone Bone arrived in a very discreet, large, and heavy box. Inside, it was wrapped in a thick, fluffy white blanket, which I actually use now to store the booty.
This is my second toy from TittyShop, and once again I’m extremely impressed with their silicone material. It is, without exaggeration, the softest silicone I have ever felt! I’m still genuinely surprised that silicone can even be this soft.

Feeling
Outer Appearance & Feel
Prone Bone Madame Booty looks like nothing I’ve ever seen before. If you’ve ever encountered anything this monumental, leave a comment and prove me wrong 😉.
The openings of both holes are extremely puffy and inviting, and the butt cheeks are gigantic. They’re widely filled with a very jiggly gel that really makes the booty jiggle like crazy. It’s by far the most jiggly toy I’ve ever used.
The skin itself is impressively realistic. It’s packed with microfolds, veins, goosebumps, and subtle pigmentation spots throughout, and the silicone material remains, hands down, the softest I’ve ever touched.
On my softness scale, the silicone covering the booty is about “–2”, but with the gel-filling, it feels closer to “–3,5”. Jiggle-wise, it’s incredibly fun to play with. Honestly, the movement is even more impressive in real life than in any video. Usually, when a hip is marketed as jiggly, videos exaggerate the effect with slow motion… but here it’s the opposite. Cameras can truly capture just how lively those butt cheeks are.
The vulva, including the thick labia, is stylized rather than realistic. It not trying to mimic a natural vulva perfectly, but that’s actually part of its charm. The anus is exaggerated, with a pronounced, protruding shape, and that works really well, complementing the overall size and theme of the hip.
Vaginal tunnel
Prone Bone Booty has a flat underside, making it essentially a floor-type or bed-type hip. This means the ideal use is lying flat on the bed in prone bone position, similar to Yuka Ona Shiki Zero(a 10/10 onahip I reviewed last year). These floor-type toys are rare, and I highly recommend that anyone with a larger collection own at least one. Nothing else is as optimized for a relaxed, lazy session in bed.
For me, this booty is perfect when I’m feeling lazy. I just place it on the bed, roll over, insert, and when I’m done, I can either roll over or stay on top of it. It feels super soft, like a big, jiggly pillow, which makes the experience very comfortable.
I really appreciate that the vaginal opening isn’t too tight. Lately, I noticed that many toys have extremely tight entrances that are difficult to penetrate, harder to clean, and more prone to tearing. While I enjoy tunnels that vary in tightness, I feel entrances should generally be wider, inviting, and durable… exactly what this toy delivers. Sliding in is very easy, and the tunnel feels mostly smooth but also textured, which is a nice balance.
The silicone around the vulva of Prone Bone and the tunnel feel a bit more firm and durable than the ultra soft booty. On my softness scale, I would give the vaginal tunnel a “0“.
One downside is that the tunnel length is limited by the depth of the toy. But on a soft bed, the end of the tunnel will lengthened slightly by stretching onto the mattress. Another thing I noticed is that the angle of the hole isn’t fully optimized. It points almost straight downward at almost a 90-degree angle. For floor-type toys, a more diagonal angle would better align with your body, preventing your penis from bending awkwardly. A better angle would also allow for a longer tunnel, as it would follow a more effective diagonal path.
On my intensity scale, Prone Bone’s vaginal tunnel is a “+1”. It’s pretty tight and textured. But it feels smoother and smoother the longer your session lasts.
Anal tunnel
The anal tunnel opening of Prone Bone Booty is one of the best features of this booty toy. Its massive size and pronounced donut shape both look and feel great. I also like that the entrance isn’t painfully tight. It’s snug enough to feel satisfying but far more comfortable than many other silicone toys.
The tunnel itself is similar in tightness and feel to the vaginal tunnel, though I found it slightly smoother. I also think the angle is a bit better aligned, which helps prevent your penis from bending awkwardly during use. One trick I like is to prop the booty up on a large pillow underneath. That reduces the angle from roughly 90 degrees to about 45 degrees, making penetration much more comfortable.
In terms of positioning, the best and practically only viable position with Prone Bone Booty is prone-bone/missionary. I tried cowgirl, but the booty is very heavy and super floppy when lifted, making it hard to lift and use. You could try placing it against a wall and using it while standing, but I found it very tricky to keep it stable… the weight makes it slip and fall easily.
The softness and intensity of the anal tunnel are the same as the vaginal tunnel: “0” on the softness scale and “+1” on the intensity scale.

Care
Cleaning:
Use mild soap or an onahole cleaner with water to rinse the tunnels thoroughly. A sponge stick can be very helpful for reaching deep inside the tunnels. Once clean, make sure to dry it completely using a drying stick or a soft, absorbent cloth to prevent moisture buildup.
Powdering:
Silicone is a lot less sticky than TPE. To keep your booty from getting sticky, apply a light coat of onahole powder or plain cornstarch. Brush off any excess, and it’ll feel just like real skin!
Storing:
Store your toy in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. UV rays can damage it, moisture can lead to mold, and heat can warp its shape. Over time, TPE toys naturally lose some of their oils, which makes them firmer. But this doesn’t happen to silicone (or at least, not much). Even if silicone doesn’t really leak oil like TPE, I would still recommend to minimize contact with materials like cotton, paper, or wood, which absorb oil.
Durability:
The platinum silicone material of Prone Bone Booty makes it a lot more durable than a TPE toy of similar softness. But as always, I advise to handle it gently to prevent damages. Stretching the holes too much can result into tears easily, since silicone doesn’t stretch as much as TPE.
And with gentle use and proper maintenance, your hip will last for years!

I’m giving Prone Bone Madame Booty an outstanding 9 out of 10.
This is the perfect toy for lazy days. Once it’s set up on your bed, you can just lie down and enjoy it for as long as you want. You can go fast or slow, either way, it feels super comfortable, like lying on two big, jiggly pillows while also having a warm, soft, and wet hole, or actually even two holes, ready for your penis.
The design is mind-blowing, and the overall experience is incredibly satisfying. That said, there’s still room for improvement. If the tunnels were better aligned and slightly longer, this toy could easily have been a perfect 10 out of 10 for me.✨✨✨
