Packaging, theme and specs
Meiki no Syoumei 15 Ishikawa Mio is the 15th onahole in NPG’s legendary Meiki lineup and is themed after the JAV actress Ishikawa Mio, who I personally think looks super cute. The packaging shows pictures of her pretty face, smooth skin, cute small breasts, and gorgeous smile.
Like the other Meiki no Syoumei onaholes, you’ll find a few nice extras in the box. There’s a signed mini poster of Ishikawa Mio, a bottle of lube with her image on the label, and a reusable storage bag for the toy. Her signature looks like an emoji of a cute girl smiling, soooo cute! And her smile on the lube bottle is super adorable.
Meiki 15 has actually made me become a fan of Ishikawa Mio.
This is one of NPG’s premium triple-layered onaholes in the Meiki no Syoumei series, and it’s designed to look and feel like Ishikawa Mio’s vagina. As expected from NPG’s Meikis, the quality feels very premium.
The vulva is really pretty. I especially like how puffy the outer labia are. You can really see all the skin details of Ishikawa Mio’s skin on the outer layer, all the folds, bumps, pores…
Despite being a handheld onahole under 1kg, NPG still managed to fit two separate tunnels, both with enough space to feel meaty enough, just like in Meiki 14 Konan Koyoi.
Meiki no Syoumei 15 Ishikawa Mio is from NPG and was released in mid 2025. Measuring 190mm in length and weighing 915g, this premium onahole features two tunnels and is triple-layered. Made from high-quality TPE, this onahole is molded after Ishikawa Mio. It is the 15th entry in NPG’s Meiki series.

Feeling
Outer Layer
Ishikawa Mio’s outer layer has a paler skin tone compared to my other Meikis. The sides of this large onahole look like fat folds, which I find a bit unfitting given how thin Ishikawa Mio actually is. The vulva itself has very realistic skin details, but unlike Meiki 004 or Meiki 14, the rest of the toy is mostly smooth and lacks detailed texture. Still, the opening looks very inviting.
The logo printed on the toy is the newer “jNPG” logo, rather than the classic “NPG – Great Ecstasy” branding found on older Meikis. That’s due to a change in manufacturers for certain NPG products.
Ishikawa Mio’s onahole is a pretty large onahole, both thick and long. The outer material has varying softness throughout the toy: the front part (where the vulva and butt are) is firm, followed by a softer middle, and then firmness again at the far end. I have a theory as to why the softness isn’t even across the whole outer layer… but what do you think? Leave a comment with your guess.
The firm parts are about a “0” on my softness scale, while the soft middle part is around a “-2” on my scale.
Vaginal Tunnel
Let’s start with my first impression about Ishikawa Mio’s Meiki: it didn’t feel like a totally new experience. Even though I tried to rate Ishikawa Mio’s onahole on its own, I couldn’t help but compare it to my other Meikis. On the one hand, that’s a great reference point for my review, but also because it felt a bit like a blend of some of my favorite Meikis, which is actually a good thing. It takes some of the best parts of other great onaholes and combines them into one.
The pink inner layer in Ishikawa Mio’s onahole feels very close to Meiki 13 Tanaka Remon’s red inner layer, but the tunnel definietly feels less tight than Meiki 13. So it’s firmer than the ultra-soft red layer used inside Riho Fujimori’s onahole. I’d place it at about a “-1” on my softness scale.
In terms of realism, I’d say it lands somewhere between Meiki 14 Konan Koyoi and Meiki 13 Tanaka Remon.
The toy is very stretchy, and the vaginal tunnel is pretty long, so it should easily accommodate any size. The entrance is relatively small, though, so you do need to aim when penetrating, and possibly use your hand to guide your insertion.
The tunnel feels nicely snug but not overly tight, with a rather relaxed pressure overall.
What really stands out about Ishikawa Mio’s vaginal tunnel, and what sets it apart from my other Meikis, is the internal texture. It’s very textured, with lots of bumps and folds that you can clearly feel. But the most noticeable feature is the large fold at the top, not far from the entrance.
It feels like there’s a small fold, then a larger fold that gives off a cervix-gimmick-like-feel, followed by another small fold. After what feels like those three folds, the rest of the tunnel feels mostly smooth.
At first, I wasn’t a fan of that distinct upper fold feeling, because I usually prefer smoother tunnels… but after a few uses, it really grew on me, and I actually missed that “pop-feeling” when using other toys.
I’d place the vaginal tunnel at a “0” on my intensity scale.
Anal Tunnel
The anal tunnel of Ishikawa Mio is just as great as the vaginal tunnel, but a lot smoother. The folds here are much less pronounced. The opening is really small, making it a bit tricky to penetrate. Once inside, the tunnel feels incredibly smooth. The sensation is very similar to the anal tunnel of Meiki 14, same softness and smoothness, but less floppy, which I personally prefer.
I did notice that the anal tunnel is slightly shorter than the vaginal one, but it’s still long enough to be fully satisfying. It doesn’t feel like NPG had to compromise or squeeze it in awkwardly. Both tunnels feel complete and well-designed. That said, the outer wall of the anal tunnel is a bit thin, which may reduce the sensation of meatiness a bit, but it’s not a major issue.
Choosing which hole to use is actually really easy with this onahole. If you’re looking for more stimulation, go for the vaginal tunnel. If you’re in the mood for something softer and more relaxed, dive into the anal tunnel. But you’ll most likely find yourself switching between the 2 holes during use anyway… at least that’s what I like doing.
I’d rate the anal tunnel at a “-2” on the intensity scale: soft, very smooth, and with just a subtle texture.

Care
Cleaning:
Unfortunately, you shouldn’t flip this one inside out, as it could get damaged. Instead, just use mild soap and water, along with your fingers or a sponge stick, to clean the tunnels thoroughly. Once it’s fully rinsed, let it dry completely before storing it to prevent any moisture buildup.
Powdering:
To keep your onahole from getting sticky, apply a light coat of onahole powder or plain cornstarch. Brush off any excess, and it’ll feel just like real skin!
Storing:
Store your toy in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. UV rays can damage it, moisture can lead to mold, and heat can warp its shape. Over time, onaholes naturally lose some of their oils, which makes them firmer. This process happens faster if they’re in contact with materials like cotton, paper, or wood, which absorb oil. To minimize this, use a breathable plastic bag or container for storage.
Durability:
With soft onaholes it’s always best to be gentle. And so far, I haven’t noticed any tearing or damage despite the softness. With proper care, this onahole should last for years!

Rating
I’m giving Meiki no Syoumei 15 Ishikawa Mio a fantastic 8.9 out of 10. It blends some of the best elements from previous Meikis to create something that still feels unique and very enjoyable. With one stimulating tunnel and one milder tunnel, it’s a solid choice for a wide range of users. Despite weighing under 1kg, NPG impressively managed to include two well-designed, individual tunnels.
If you already own a few triple-layered Meikis, then Meiki 15 Ishikawa Mio might not feel like NPG reinvented the wheel for you… but if you’re new to Meiki no Syoumei’s lineup, this could be the best first Meiki to start with.
