Packaging, theme and specs
Meiki no Syoumei 14 Konan Koyoi is the 14th entry in NPG’s legendary Meiki lineup and is themed after the JAV actress Konan Koyoi, known for her large breasts and glamorous look. The box features flattering, high-quality images of her. Like the other Meiki onaholes I’ve reviewed, the box itself is something I’ll definitely be keeping.
Inside, you’ll find a few extras that really add to the premium feel. There’s a signed mini poster of Konan Koyoi, a bottle of lube with her image on the label, and a reusable storage bag for the toy. These little touches make the whole unboxing experience feel special.
In terms of realism, I had very high hopes going in. I was expecting it to match the level of Meiki 004 Riho Fujimori, which remains one of the most lifelike onaholes I’ve ever used. Konan Koyoi definitely comes very close!
This is one of NPG’s premium double-layered onaholes in the Meiki no Syoumei series, and it’s designed to replicate Konan Koyoi’s vagina as closely as possible. As expected from this lineup, the craftsmanship is excellent.
The outer layer is extremely soft and packed with skin-like details. One thing that stood out to me was the beautifully sculpted anal opening, which has a donut-like shape.
What really impressed me, though, is the tunnel design. Despite being a handheld onahole under 1kg, NPG managed to fit two separate tunnels, that both have enough space and structure to feel distinct and satisfying. This is the first compact dual-hole onahole in my collection that truly pulls this off well, without either tunnel feeling cramped or compromised.

Feeling
Outer Layer
Konan Koyoi’s onahole has a voluptuous, chubby look that perfectly matches its ultra-soft outer layer. The shape has round, soft, butt-like curves. The surface is full of realistic skin details. Tiny skin folds, natural goosebumps, and subtle texture are all over the toy. One of the most visually striking features is the donut-shaped anal entrance, which looks thick, round, and very inviting.
What really stands out, though, is how NPG managed to fit two fully realized tunnels in a handheld toy without compromising on structure or feeling. That’s something I criticized in my Riho Fujimori review, but here it’s done right. Both tunnels have space, both feel great and that’s impressive for a toy under 1kg.
Side note: The logo on the onahole itself says “jNPG“, rather than the classic “NPG – Great Ecstasy” branding found on other Meiki toys. I’m not entirely sure why either… but rest assured, this is not a counterfeit. This is the only official version of this toy available, and other premium NPG products sometimes feature the jNPG logo on the toy or packaging as well.
For size, it’s quite a chunky onahole. I’ve got large hands, so holding it wasn’t an issue, but those with smaller hands might need two hands. The outer material is very soft and floppy and has a softness of “-2” on my softness scale.
Vaginal Tunnel
Out of all the onaholes I have, Riho Fujimori’s Meiki still holds the crown for realism. So when I heard that Konan Koyoi’s onahole was kind of an improved version of Riho’s, I was beyond excited to give it a try. I went in expecting something equally lifelike… maybe even better.
And yes, Konan is absolutely one of the most realistic onaholes I’ve ever used. But when it comes down to a head-to-head comparison, it doesn’t quite surpass Riho in pure realism.
Why? The answer is in the material.
The inner red layer in Konan Koyoi’s onahole is firmer than the ultra-soft red layer used inside Riho Fujimori’s onahole. It’s still soft, but only slightly firmer than the delicate outer layer. I’d place it at “–1” on my softness scale. In contrast, Riho’s inner tunnel feels almost like real human tissue.
Had NPG used that same ultra-soft red inner material from Riho Fujimori’s onahole in Konan Koyoi’s vaginal tunnel, this toy could easily have reached 10/10 realism status.
Still, Konan Koyoi’s tunnel has a lot going for it: Great shape, natural-feeling tightness, and very satisfying friction. But that minor firmness shift holds it back just a little if realism is your top priority.
One of the first things that impressed me about Konan Koyoi’s onahole is how stretchy and accommodating it is. It’s surprisingly long, making it a great choice no matter your size, whether you’re on the longer or girthier side, this toy won’t leave you feeling cramped.
The tunnel feels nicely snug. It doesn’t feel tight from pressure but tight from suction, like it’s hugging you very snuggly.
You can definitely feel the internal textures. There’s a uvula-like bump at the bottom and faint curves to the tunnel. Around the midpoint, the tunnel narrows slightly and curves inward, creating a gentle constriction that mimics the feeling of vaginal muscle contraction.
I’d place the vaginal tunnel at a “-1” on my intensity scale.
Anal Tunnel
The anal tunnel might just be the highlight of this toy. The opening is beautifully sculpted, with a thick, donut-shaped rim that looks incredibly inviting.
Once inside, the tunnel feels smooth and snug. The stretchiness, tightness, and length are very similar to the vaginal tunnel, but the lack of pronounced texture makes the experience much softer and more smooth. It’s not as stimulating and feels very close to Riho Fujimori’s vaginal tunnel. The smoothness and gentle suction make for a more relaxed sensation, perfect for slower, more sensual sessions.
I often find myself switching between the two tunnels, unsure which I enjoy more. They’re both satisfying in their own way, and that balance adds a lot of variety to the experience. That said, unlike the single-hole Tanaka Remon, the walls here aren’t as meaty, especially near the outer edges of the toy.
I’d place the anal tunnel at “-2” on the intensity scale: very soft, smooth, and subtle, yet deeply satisfying.

Care
Cleaning:
Unfortunately, you shouldn’t flip this one inside out, as it could get damaged. Instead, just use mild soap and water, along with your fingers or a sponge stick, to clean the tunnels thoroughly. Once it’s fully rinsed, let it dry completely before storing it to prevent any moisture buildup.
Powdering:
To keep your onahole from getting sticky, apply a light coat of onahole powder or plain cornstarch. Brush off any excess, and it’ll feel just like real skin!
Storing:
Store your toy in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. UV rays can damage it, moisture can lead to mold, and heat can warp its shape. Over time, onaholes naturally lose some of their oils, which makes them firmer. This process happens faster if they’re in contact with materials like cotton, paper, or wood, which absorb oil. To minimize this, use a breathable plastic bag or container for storage.
Durability:
The outer layer is very soft and delicate. So it’s best to be gentle. But so far, I haven’t noticed any tearing or damage despite the softness. With proper care, this onahole should last for years!

Rating
I’m giving Meiki no Syoumei 14 Konan Koyoi a fantastic 8.9 out of 10. It’s one of the most realistic-feeling onaholes I’ve tried to date, and I’m genuinely impressed. If it had the same ultra-soft inner layer as the Meiki no Syoumei Shin 004 Fujimori Riho, it could’ve easily been a 10/10. That slightly firmer core is the only thing keeping it from perfection, for me personally.
But overall, Konan Koyoi stands out. It’s well-sculpted, super soft on the outside, and manages to fit two truly enjoyable tunnels into a surprisingly compact form factor. This is my ideal recommendation for those who want something that feels real, but with a bit more intensity and stimulation than ultra-soft models.

Oh yeah so you finally reviewed this! I really hope NPG eventually releases a product with the structure of this onahole and the interior of the Riho. Will probably never need another onahole.
The meiki no Syoumei 15 just released as well this month along with the Eiyo no Meiki 2, I have high hopes for these 2 series as these are pretty expensive.
