Packaging, theme and specs
Harajuku Split is a blowjob-style onahole inspired by a gothic Harajuku girl with all the right details: piercings, bows, braids, a choker, and of course that irresistible split tongue. Her mix of cute and nasty, fits perfectly into the Tokyo street fashion energy that Harajuku is famous for.
The packaging shows her printed multiple times around the box, including a topless illustration showing off her nipple piercings.
Personally, I’ve always loved goth fashion, and split tongues are extremely sexy to me. So seeing an onahole built around that fantasy truly caught my attention.
Harajuku Split is LARGE. At 880g, this is one of the largest blowjob-style onaholes ever made. The lips are plump and nicely shaped, with a little shallow philtrum above them, which I found especially charming. Inside the mouth, there are four upper and four lower teeth for added realism. And the star of the show: the sexy split tongue.
I don’t own many oral-style onaholes, but this one has easily become my favorite. OtonaJP really nailed the concept here. I was super impressed by their Princess Peach-inspired onahole before, and Harajuku Split blew me away just the same.
I’ve always liked OtonaJP as one of my go-to store for the newest and best onaholes from Japan, and with their OtonaJP Originals toys, I like them even more. Their toys aren’t just creative, they’re well-themed and fun in a way that feels fresh in the onahole world. Inside the box you’ll also find a small pack of lube, a drying stick, and a sponge on a stick for easy cleaning. It’s a thoughtful starter kit and a nice touch, especially for first-time users.
Harajuku Split is from OtonaJP and was released in April 2025. Measuring 190mm in length with a width of 90mm, Harajuku Split weighs a massive 880g. It features a single closed-hole design and is made with high-quality TPE. It’s dual-layered with a pink split tongue and firm upper and lower teeth.

Feeling
Lips & Mouth
Harajuku Split is a large, long cylinder with a mouth at the end. The outer design is minimalistic, but the juicy lips are definitely inviting. I like their plump shape (though I think a bigger lower lip would have made it look more realistic, since the top and bottom lips are a little too symmetrical.)
Apart from those puffy lips, there’s not much else to see. The outer skin feels smooth and simple, while the real magic is hidden inside the mouth. Once you part the lips, you’re greeted by a row of teeth made from a firm white material. The inner mouth and throat are lined with a pink layer, for more realism. And then there’s the star of the show: the split tongue in soft pink. The tongue has minimal texture, feels very smooth and is very stretchy.
On my softness scale, the outer material lands somewhere between “0” and “+1”. The teeth, on the other hand, are very firm but still very flexible. They’re definitely harder than “+4” on my scale.
Oral tunnel
Once you slip past the juicy lips of Harajuku Split, the first thing you notice are the teeth. They’re fairly firm, not rock-hard, but definitely harder than what you’d normally expect to find inside a toy. Past the teeth, you feel the split tongue. It feels smooth, rounded, and very fun to play with. I only wish the tongue were a bit longer, maybe even sticking out of the mouth like in The Mouth of Truth Perorin. That would have made the fantasy even more exciting.
The roof of the mouth is lined with a series of ridges, just like the ones you can feel if you run your own tongue along the top of your mouth. They add another layer of texture that makes the oral play feel more realistic and immersive. The pink inner layer and the tongue feel like a “0” on my softness scale.
Once you reach the throat, the tunnel really tightens up. There’s a noticeable squeeze that makes penetration feel more intense, and the texture changes as well, adding new bumps and nubs for extra stimulation. Vey noticable is the big bump at the bottom of the throat, that stimulates the frenulum. And the tunnel stays snug all the way to the end.
It feels like a full oral adventure: from the lips, past the teeth, across the tongue, over the little ridges of the palate, down into the throat, and finally into the deep back of the toy.
The teeth are a very polarizing addition to oral toys. Just like in the Mouth of Truth, some people truly love the sensation of those hard ridges scraping along, while others absolutely hate it. Unfortunately, I fall into the latter group. For my sensitive member, the teeth just feel too harsh and distracting. I do understand the appeal though! They definitely add immersion, realism, and another dimension to the toy. And in real life, I much prefer oral without any teeth involved. So, after a few tries, I ended up taking them out… just like I’ve done with all of my other oral toys😅.
The suction of Harajuku Split is already pretty good, but I found myself wishing it were just a touch stronger to really push the realism even further. The tunnel itself is really long and has a very meaty, substantial feel to it. Despite the tightness in the throat area, it’s roomy enough to handle pretty much any length or girth without issue.
The intensity also shifts depending on how you use it. Focusing more on the front versus the back, or keeping the teeth in versus removing them. With the teeth, the stimulation is about “+2” to “+3” in intensity. Without the teeth, it’s more subtle, closer to “0” to “+1”.

Care
Cleaning:
Cleaning Harajuku Split is a bit more tricky than most vaginal toys. Make sure to clean under the teeth, beneath and around the tongue, and all the way down into the throat. Use mild soap and lukewarm water. After washing, dry the toy completely before storing it to prevent any moisture buildup.
Powdering:
To keep your onahole from getting sticky, apply a light coat of onahole powder or plain cornstarch. Brush off any excess, and it’ll feel just like real skin!
Storing:
Store your toy in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. UV rays can damage it, moisture can lead to mold, and heat can warp its shape. Over time, onaholes naturally lose some of their oils, which makes them firmer. This process happens faster if they’re in contact with materials like cotton, paper, or wood, which absorb oil. To minimize this, use a breathable plastic bag or container for storage.
Durability:
The TPE used here is really durable. But I would advise to pay extra attention to the sides of the mouth and the tongue. With proper care, this onahole will last for years!

Rating
I give Harajuku Split a strong 8.5 out of 10. It’s easily my favorite oral toy so far, and an absolute blast to use. The stimulation is highly versatile, keeping each session fresh and exciting, and the split tongue really is a fantasy come true.
This toy is very playful and full of variety. You can let the lips kiss your glans, tease yourself by poking into the gums or the corners of the mouth, or swirl around the tongue. You can circle around it, let it wrap around your glans, slip underneath it, or even slide between the split for a different kind of stimulation. Going deeper into the throat and then retracting, or pushing all the way through, makes it feel like a playground for your member. That sense of versatility is what sets this toy apart from other toys.
My only wish is that the tongue were a bit larger and extended just past the bottom teeth. That small detail could have added both visual appeal and an extra layer of sensation. Still, as it stands, Harajuku Split is a fantastic toy that I can highly recommend.
