Packaging, theme and specs
The packaging of Brain Hacker DX is absolutely beautiful. Honestly, the box art is in my top 5 favorite onahole artworks. I really love the character design: a succubus-like woman with horns, a third eye on her forehead, described as having chakra and referred to as a “cosmic cutie.” I like everything about her, the split tongue, her red tattoos, her long white-purple hair and I’ve always had a thing for girls with horns.
From my earlier reviews, you might know that my biggest fantasy crushes are vampires and succubi. And this out-of-this-world-beauty manages to look badass and irresistibly cute at the same time. And once you open the box, you’re treated to an extra surprise: a large print of this Succubus Cosmic Cutie. So not only is the concept spot-on for my tastes, but the actual illustrations are beautifully executed and really elevate the whole presentation.
XTC-Japan is known as one of the most creative and daring brands in the onahole world. I’m sure you know their Succubus Foot Onahole or their 8-hole onahole “Onaho of the Round Table”, a legendary toy designed for wild parties.
What makes XTC-Japan stand out is how they balance uniqueness and pleasure. Their toys aren’t just gimmicks, they’re genuinely well-made, with stimulating designs that feel amazing to use. With Brain Hacker DX, they once again show how they can merge dark fantasy themes with excellent craftsmanship, creating a toy that’s as much a work of art as it is a source of pleasure.
Brain Hacker DX is from XTC-Japan and was released late 2025. Measuring 180mm x 140mm x 100mm with a very long tunnel length of 180mm, this brain-shaped onahole weighs 1200g. It features one closed-holes and is made with a single layered squishy-soft high-quality TPE.

Feeling
Outer Appearance & Feel
Brain Hacker DX basically looks like a brain… but, of course, the brain of a cosmicly cute succubus. It has the familiar two hemispheres split down the middle and is covered in the twisted folds and ridges (gyri and sulci) you’d expect from a brain. So the brain shape is the toy’s only visual feature.
As you’d expect from a brain, Brain Hacker DX is astonishingly soft. On my softness scale it sits at about “–3”, which is one of the softest toys in my collection. There’s just a tiny opening, almost hidden at the front of the brain. Other than that, it looks exactly like a decorative brain replica. Honestly, if you’re after a discreet toy, this might be the most undercover onahole ever made. Anyone who sees it lying around would probably just assume it’s a squishy brain stress ball, a medical study prop, or maybe even part of your Halloween decorations. Unless someone inspects it really closely, they’d never guess it’s secretly a succubus brain sex toy.
Inner tunnel
The inside of Brain Hacker DX is extremely soft. Since the Brain is single-layered, the same super-squishy outer material continues on the inside. On my softness scale, it’s a jiggly “–3”. As someone who personally loves soft toys, this one instantly became a favorite and something I know I’ll be reaching for very often.
Let me start with the most noticeable features of this tunnel: it’s super squishy, super gentle, super smooth, and very long. The material is very stretchy, and the tunnel is impressively long. Even if you’re on the longer or girthier side, this succubus brain will swallow you up with ease. Once inside, the tunnel feels nicely snug and wraps around you, letting you sink into its squishy warmth. The closest comparisons I can make in terms of softness and overall feel are Spiral Orb Fluffy Mellow Soft and Mashiro’s Super Soft Hole.
The tunnel of Brain Hacker DX is designed with seven distinct pleasure zones. Most of it feels smooth and squishy, but two spots stand out with a very noticeable cervix-like “pop” sensation. Unlike most toys where the cervix gimmick is only at the very end, here the first pop is located about one-third into the tunnel, and the second pop around two-thirds in. So even if you’re not especially long, you’ll still get to experience both pops. Toward the back, the tunnel widens slightly, creating a more spacious chamber that also does a great job at holding lube.
The opening is just a slit between the two brain hemispheres, which keeps the visual illusion of the “brain” intact. The only downside is that the material is so soft and delicate that the slit can tear vertically quite easily if you’re not careful… so it’s best to be gentle when inserting.
The intensity of Brain Hacker DX sits at “-3” on my scale. It’s extremely smooth and gentle overall, with the two popping zones being the only areas that really stand out. To be honest, having an onahole in the shape of a brain is a bit unusual… it’s not exactly one of my personal fantasies. But it’s a fantastic concept that was excellently executed.

Care
Cleaning:
Use mild soap or an onahole cleaner with water to rinse it thoroughly. A sponge stick can be very helpful for reaching deep inside the tunnel. Once clean, make sure to dry it completely using a drying stick or a soft, absorbent cloth to prevent moisture buildup.
Powdering:
To keep your onahip from getting sticky, apply a light coat of onahole powder or plain cornstarch. Brush off any excess, and it’ll feel just like real skin!
Storing:
Store your toy in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. UV rays can damage it, moisture can lead to mold, and heat can warp its shape. Over time, onaholes naturally lose some of their oils, which makes them firmer. This process happens faster if they’re in contact with materials like cotton, paper, or wood, which absorb oil. To minimize this, use a breathable plastic bag or container for storage.
Durability:
Brain Hacker DX is definitely on the delicate side. I can see it tearing easily if handled too roughly. Of course, you can use it however you like, but just keep in mind that the gentler you are with it, the longer it will last. Treat it with care, and you’ll get more use out of this awesome soft sensation.

Rating
Brain Hacker DX has officially made it into my Top 10. It replaced my previous favorite from XTC-Japan, Step-Sister’s Secret Relation, by a small margin. I’m giving Brain Hacker DX an excellent 9.1 out of 10.
This score isn’t based on the feeling alone, it also reflects the creativity of the concept and how well it was executed. In terms of sensation, I personally love it, but that’s definitely a biased take since I’m a huge fan of extremely soft toys. That means that Brain Hacker DX is absolutely made for soft toy lovers.
If you’re after something more intense, firm, or highly stimulating, this one won’t be for you. But if you enjoy toys that are gentle, squishy, and unique, Brain Hacker DX is not only a pleasure to use, but also a fantastic piece to have in your collection, both visually and in terms of feel.
