First Impressions
Discreet Packaging, Shipping and Specs
After owning more than 100 toys, ranging from small onaholes to full-size torsos, I finally decided to take the next step and get a full-size doll. The doll I chose is from Aitia, a brand that specializes in offering high-end dolls manufactured by Bezlya.
Bezlya has built a strong reputation among collectors for their exceptional sculpt quality, ultra-realistic anatomy, and ultra soft premium platinum silicone. Their dolls are known for combining visual realism with advanced internal structures, soft gel-enhanced areas, and highly detailed finishing that rivals some of the best dolls currently available on the market. They focus heavily on realism, durability, and customization, which makes them especially appealing for anyone who want a truly lifelike experience.
I chose the 2.2CF version, which means both the head and body are made entirely from platinum silicone. Certain areas of the body feature what Bezlya calls “coagulated fat” (CF), a softer internal structure designed to mimic the softness and movement of real human tissue. These areas include the breasts, which are gel-filled, as well as the lower abdomen, thighs, and butt.
Before getting into the ultra-realistic appearance and feel of my Aitia X Bezlya Doll, I want to talk about the shipping experience, which was excellent. After placing my order, I received a tracking link once the doll was completed and shipped. It took about 1,5-2 months to arrive in Germany, followed by roughly one additional week to pass customs, arrive at their EU warehouse, and finally get delivered to my doorstep.
One of the best parts of the process was that Aitia handled customs clearance and all import taxes. I didn’t have to pay anything extra upon delivery. The price I paid at checkout was the final price, which made the whole process completely stress-free.
The doll arrived via DHL in a large, heavy, but very discreet package. The outer box was plain brown with no branding or markings that could reveal its contents. It was secured extremely well and even included a wooden base platform inside for additional structural support during transport.
Inside the box, everything was packed with great care. The doll itself was heavily cushioned to prevent any movement or damage during shipping. The head was packaged separately for safety, and the hands and feet were protected with additional cushioning material. I was very happy to see that the doll arrived in flawless condition without any defects or transport damage.
The package also included a number of extras and accessories. Alongside my Aitia 2.2CF Doll’s body and head, there was a brand lookbook, a wig, clothing, and two accessory boxes containing useful items such as a comb, a USB warmer, cleaner, drying sticks, an extra tongue, and an extra bolt. The inclusion of these accessories made the unboxing feel very premium.
My Aitia X Bezlya 2.2CF Doll is 1,57m tall and weighs 36kg. It has 3 closed-holes and It’s made with soft Platinum Silicone. The breasts is gel filled and ultra soft. The vaginal tunnel is dual-layered and ~16cm deep and the anal tunnel is about 18cm deep.

Outer Appearance & Feel
Face
The face of my Aitia X Bezlya Doll is absolutely gorgeous. The face looks ultra real, and everything from the proportions to the fine details looks very lifelike. I love the vibrant red eye colour I chose, which makes my doll look a bit like a vampire. And as you might know my biggest fantasy-crush are vampires 😍. I also really like the subtle makeup with the eyeliner and subtle lip gloss.
I chose the head of the popular adult content creator Naimi. And one thing that really surprised me was being able to see her full face without the mask. (I’m not sure if this is truly what she looks like, but either way, she’s gorgeous).
One of the standout features is the hair implantation. The eyelashes are individual hairs. The eyebrows are individually placed hairs rather than being painted, and this makes a huge difference in realism when viewed up close. Visually, the realism of the head is outstanding. The skin texture, the proportions of the features, and the ultra fine details all contribute to creating a very convincing appearance. The only true giveaway that it is a doll is the lack of natural movement.
The jaw is fully movable. When opening the jaw, you can see the teeth, the tongue, and the ROS (real oral structure) with the mouth tunnel. The sculpt and detailing inside are very impressive and consistent with the overall premium quality of the doll. (But the material is very firm, and I didn’t want to damage the cute mouth, so I didn’t use it for oral sex yet.)
The silicone used for the head of my Aitia Doll is very firm, which is actually a very good thing. This firmness helps the head maintain its shape over time and improves durability. On my softness scale, I would place the head at a “+3”.
Hands and Feet
After the head, the next two body parts of my Bezlya Doll that immediately stood out to me in terms of realism are the hands and feet. The level of detail here is absolutely incredible. Both the hands and feet feature microscopic skin details that look strikingly lifelike.
You can see natural skin folds throughout the hands. The same level of detail continues on the feet. On closer inspection, you can even see subtle veins and very fine skin texture.
Functionally, the articulation is equally impressive. Every finger is fully poseable, just like a real hand. Each finger has three bendable joints (minus the thumbs of course), allowing for very natural movements. This makes it possible to create relaxed, neutral poses as well as more expressive hand positions. The wrist also has a full range of motion. It can rotate, tilt inward and outward, and move up and down, closely mimicking the movement capabilities of a real human wrist.
The hands and feet are also noticeably firmer than the ultra-soft areas of the body. You can feel where the firmer material begins, but this is actually a very positive design choice. The increased firmness provides structural support and helps protect the delicate fingers and toes from damage during posing or handling. That’s a “+1” on my softness scale.
Body Sculpt and Extra-Soft Areas
Moving on to the body sculpt of my Aitia X Bezlya 2.2CF Doll and the extra-soft areas (CF: coagulated fat), which is ultimately what made me choose this specific body. I chose the body of the chinese model Xiaohalami (GuShiZhu) . I personally think that the ultra-slim waist, wide hips, and extra curvy legs look super sexy! This body is definitely stylized but Aitia also has the 2.2U range for bodies sculpted from real women’s bodies. The breasts are very large, larger than what I would normally prefer, but since this body type only comes with this proportion, I was happy to accept the huge jiggly boobs. And in the end, I love their softness and realism.
The breasts are gel-filled and the softest body part. They are very jiggly and super fun to squeeze. Also Paizuri is mind-blowing with this huge boobies! The skin texture of the breasts and the nipples are hyper-realistic. These are actually very similar in size, softness and jiggliness to Lyrealle, which I reviewed recently.
The highlight of my Aitia Doll’s body for me, however, is definitely the legs. They look absolutely stunning. I’m 100% a legs-guy. One issue I’ve noticed with many doll brands is that the legs look super thin, stiff, and unnatural like sticks. That’s not the case here at all. The thighs have a beautiful, meaty fullness, and the calves have a nice curvature. This was one of my highest priorities when selecting a doll, and I’m extremely satisfied with how attractive they look and realistic they feel.
The internal skeleton is also highly flexible and allows for an impressive range of motion. The knees can bend freely, the legs can open very wide, and the joints can move in the exact same way that my own joints move: bend, twist, fold… But I’m definitely not as flexible as my doll 😅.
Another standout area is the lower abdomen. This region is extra soft and compressible, allowing you to press into it deeply.
The silicone skin of my doll is flawless. It has a soft matte finish that closely resembles real skin, with subtle micro-details such as natural pigmentation variations and fine surface texture. The tactile experience is equally impressive. The material feels velvety smooth and incredibly lifelike. On my softness scale, the main body sits at a “-2”, which is remarkable for platinum silicone. It’s so soft that I genuinely thought it was TPE and not silicone. Plus the doll has a soft foam core making it lighter.
The butt is also soft and pleasant to the touch, but this is the one area where I feel there is still some room for improvement. While it looks fantastic visually, it doesn’t have quite as much jiggle as I had hoped for. I personally would have loved to see gel filling in this area, similar to the breasts, to create a more pronounced bounce. Something similar to Tessa would have been perfect for me.
That said, aside from this minor point, the overall body sculpt and softness are absolutely outstanding. The proportions, flexibility, and material quality come together to create the most realistic and satisfying silicone experiences I’ve ever encountered.
Vaginal tunnel
The vulva of my Aitia X Bezlya Doll looks absolutely beautiful. I genuinely love the wide, natural-looking labia. The skin detailing here is insane! you can see subtle goosebumps, natural folds, and that soft, rounded curve created by the fatty layer beneath the surface of the pubic area. Visually, the vulva is easily a 10 out of 10 for me.
I really appreciate how the LHP (love hole placement) is very anatomically accurate. Aligning myself with the tunnels felt very natural and I got the perfect angle quickly in every position. The vaginal tunnel is dual-layered. The interior is made from a more durable pink silicone, while the rest of the body is the ultra-soft beige silicone. The inner pink material is a “+1” on my softness scale.
Tbh, I was slightly disappointed by the vaginal opening itself. The entrance is essentially a circular hole, which doesn’t feel particularly realistic. I had imagined something more anatomically detailed, perhaps similar to SENSBODY-style moulding, where the interior of the tunnel is a 1:1 replica of a real woman’s vagina. A design like that would truly elevate realism to another level in the doll industry. I’m interested to see which doll brand will use that method first.
Texture-wise, the tunnel is quite pronounced, including a cervix-style gimmick at the back. That said, I have to be honest: while it feels good, it didn’t particularly impress me. The sensation is comparable to one of my higher-quality onaholes, but as realsitic as my ultra-realistic onaholes. On my intensity scale I give the vaginal tunnel a “+1”.
For me, my Aitia X Bezlya Doll doesn’t shine primarily because of how the vaginal tunnel feels, but rather because of the overall immersive experience. The visual realism, full-body presence, and especially the weight contribute tremendously to the sensation. When the doll is positioned on top of me, the weight distribution adds a level of immersion that smaller toys simply cannot replicate.
Anal tunnel
Compared to the vaginal tunnel, I personally enjoyed the anal tunnel a lot more. Visually, it looks very convincing. The entrance looks simple, anatomically accurate and inviting.
Unlike the vaginal tunnel, which uses a more durable inner layer, the anal tunnel is made entirely from the same ultra-soft platinum silicone as the exterior body. The anal tunnel feels very organic and a lot more realistic than the vaginal tunnel. I would place it at a “-2” on my softness scale.
I also really like the texture of this tunnel. It features simple circular ring structures along the length, which feel natural and effective without being overly aggressive or artificial. The stimulation feels really smooth, especially when warm and well lubed. For me personally, the anal tunnel is a 10 out of 10.
The anal tunnel of my Aitia Doll is also really long and stretches a lot. So it can easily accommodate virtually any length and girth. On my scales, I’d give the anal tunnel a “-1″ for intensity.
However, the softness that make this tunnel feel so organic also introduces a big downside: durability. Because the tunnel is single-layered and lacks a reinforced inner layer, the entrance is more vulnerable to damage. In my case, the opening has already developed a small tear after only a few uses. Even when being gentle, routine cleaning and drying can place stress on the soft silicone. But I read about silicone repair kits and am exploring repair options to maintain its longevity.
Usability and User-Friendliness
One of the greatest strengths of a full doll like this is the unmatched level of immersion it provides. Having a complete body, from head to toe, creates an experience that no smaller toy can replicate. The visual realism, combined with the physical presence and weight of the doll, makes the interaction feel far more lifelike and engaging.
Thanks to the internal skeleton, the doll can be positioned in virtually any pose or position you can imagine. Missionary, doggy, cowgirl, standing positions, or seated positions are all possible. You can place your doll beside you in bed, sitting with you on the couch, or even join you in the shower.
However, this realism comes with one important trade-off: weight. The doll is heavy, and handling it requires some practice at first. Moving, lifting, and repositioning your doll can feel challenging initially, and it takes some time to learn the most comfortable and safe ways to carry and position it. Once you develop proper handling techniques, though, moving the doll becomes much easier and more manageable.
When my Aitia Doll was new, the joints felt quite stiff, which made posing slightly more difficult in the beginning. However, after some use and gradual adjustment, the joints loosened slightly and became easier to work with. This actually improves usability over time, as positioning the doll becomes smoother while still maintaining enough stiffness to hold poses securely.

Maintenance & Care
Cleaning:
Cleaning a full-size 36kgs doll takes a looot more effort than a standard onahole, but it’s still manageable with a bit of practice. Use mild soap or an onahole cleaner with water to rinse the tunnels thoroughly. A sponge stick or the incöuded cleaning items can be very helpful for reaching deep inside the tunnels. Once clean, make sure to dry the holes completely using a drying stick or a soft, absorbent cloth to prevent moisture buildup. (There are a few tutorials about easier ways to clean and maintain dolls, like using an aquarium pump for drying… so I might make an extra post about that).
Powdering:
Silicone is a lot less sticky than TPE. To keep your doll from getting sticky, apply a light coat of onahole powder or plain cornstarch on the skin. Brush off any excess, and it’ll feel just like real skin!
Storing:
Store your doll in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. UV rays can damage it, moisture can lead to mold, and heat can warp its shape. Over time, TPE toys naturally lose some of their oils, which makes them firmer. But this doesn’t really happen to silicone (or at least, not much). Even if silicone doesn’t really leak oil like TPE, I would still recommend to minimize contact with materials like cotton, paper, or wood, which absorb oil.
Durability:
The platinum silicone of my Aitia X Bezlya Doll makes it a lot more durable than a TPE doll of similar softness. But as always, I advise to handle it gently to prevent damages. Stretching the holes too much can result into tears easily, since silicone doesn’t stretch as much as TPE.
And with gentle use and proper maintenance, your doll will last for years!

My Personal Rating
I give my Aitia X Bezlya 2.2CF Doll a mind-blowing 9.9 out of 10. This doll exceeded my expectations in almost every category. The realism is unbelievable. The face is absolutely gorgeous, the body sculpt is incredibly beautiful and sexy. The curves, the softness, and especially the extra-soft gel-filled and CF areas create an experience that feels far more lifelike than I expected.
The softness of the silicone is one of the biggest highlights. I love how the material feels to the touch, and how certain areas like the breasts, thighs, and lower abdomen have that extra softness. Combined with the extremely detailed skin texture, this creates an illusion that is visually and physically very convincing. I will definitely be taking more photos in different outfits soon, because this doll truly shines when styled and presented.
Another major strength of my Aitia X Bezlya Doll is the skeleton and overall flexibility. The doll is extremely poseable, allowing for a wide range of positions and scenarios. Being able to pose her naturally, dress her in different outfits, and interact with a full body adds a completely different level of immersion compared to smaller toys. Customization is another huge advantage. Being able to choose the eye color, hair and body shape allows you to create something that feels truly personal.
The only things I would have wished for are a more realistic vaginal entrance and tunnel design, and a more durable anal opening. Those improvements would have made this doll a perfect 10 out of 10 for me. However, even with those minor limitations, the overall experience is still exceptional.
