Packaging, theme and specs
Let’s start with the packaging. 23Hand by Peach Toys comes in a beautifully designed box featuring a super cute anime-style Fox-Girl with fox ears and a tail. I’m super into the drawing style of the Fox-Girl and all the pink colors on the box harmonize so well together. (It could be a Dog-Girl because there is a silhouette of a dog and dog-paw-prints on the packaging. Hatchiko-Girl?)
So, what’s behind the name “23Hand“/”Two Three Hand“?
“Hand” refers to this being the handheld version of Peach Toys‘ popular PAD23, which is a floor-style onahole. “23” stands for 2023, the year PAD23 was released. Peach Toys is basically the king of floor-type onaholes, and with 23Hand, they’ve redesigned the epic texture of PAD23 into a handheld format.
The design of 23Hand looks amazing! The outside has a lovely beige color and is made from a firmer material that feels meaty in the hand. From the middle to the end of the tunnel, you can see a soft red layer, which is a nice contrast and adds visual interest. The opening is wide and welcoming, making insertion super easy.
The standout feature of 23Hand is that it delivers strong sensations without using a hard or rigid material, so it doesn’t get overwhelming or harsh.
I still think that PeachToys is pretty underrated. They created some of my favorite onaholes like Yuka Ona Shiki Zero Angel Girl Inner Soft(10/10) or Kaku-Meiki DX Ikura Star(9,5/10) and I’m a huge fan. So it’s no surprise that 23Hand made it into my top 10 as well.
23Hand is from PeachToys and was released late 2024. Measuring 170mm in length with a tunnel length of 140mm, this intense onahole weighs a meaty 580g. It features a single closed-hole design and is made in Japan with high-quality TPE. It’s dual-layered with a soft red inner layer and a firmer beige outer layer.

Feeling
Outer layer
23Hand is the handheld adaptation of Peach Toys’ floor-style PAD23. The texture of the hand version is very similar to the pad version, but the material is a bit different. The outer material is smooth and has a very nice beige-pink tone.
The entrance is the same as Kaku-Meiki DX Ikura Star, which also has that nice wide and user-friendly hole. Perfect for easy insertion, easy lube application, and extra durability by preventing tears.
PeachToys onaholes always smell really good. I have no idea how they do it, but all of them have a pleasant, sweet scent… kind of like beeswax.
The entrance has stylized labia gives it a playful look rather than a realistic one. It feels satisfyingly meaty in the hand, with a firmer touch, around “+1” on the softness scale. This same firmer material also lines the first 1/2 of the tunnel.
As mentioned in previouse PeachToys reviews, the optical quality isn’t as flawless as something from RideJapan, for example. There are a few tiny air bubbles trapped in the firm TPE, but they’re purely cosmetic and don’t affect the feel at all.
Inner layer
Inside, things get even more interesting. The internal tunnel is divided into two zones, each with its own unique feel and material. The front 1/2 is made from the same firmer beige material as the outside and features tall vertical folds.
Right from the entrance, you’re greeted with a bunch of triangular bumps and ridges. It’s bold, stimulating, and gets intense quickly. The texture is really detailed and you can feel the triangular ridges very well.
Then, the tunnel transitions into a softer, red inner layer that covers the last half. That change is really satisfying. It feels like you’re moving deeper into something warmer and gentler. The texture of the red layer is finer with smaller details. So the onahole is intense and stimulating up front, but soft and more forgiving in the back.
Unlike the Kaku-Meiki DX Ikura Star, the tunnel of 23Hand is not curved. I’d put this softer red material at about a “-1” on my softness scale.
23Hand is fairly long and impressively accommodating. It’s not really tight, because it has a pre-existing gap in the tunnel, that needs to be collapsed to build up suction. Once collapsed, the suction is excellent and it becomes pretty tight.
The standout feature here is the balance: 23Hand manages to be very intense without relying on a hard material. That’s a rare and welcome combo. The triangle bumps and firm material in the first half bring the intensity, but it doesn’t cross the line into discomfort. The final half softens things up perfectly for a satisfying finish.
Overall, it hits a sweet spot: fun for short, intense sessions, but also inviting enough for a longer ride if you manage the lube and rhythm right. I’d rate the intensity a “+3” on my scale.

Care
Cleaning:
Gently flip the onahole inside out (but don’t leave it like that for too long), then wash it with mild soap and water. Once clean, flip it back to its original shape and let it dry completely.
Powdering:
To keep your onahole from getting sticky, apply a light coat of onahole powder or plain cornstarch. Brush off any excess, and it’ll feel just like real skin!
Storing:
Store your toy in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. UV rays can damage it, moisture can lead to mold, and heat can warp its shape. Over time, onaholes naturally lose some of their oils, which makes them firmer. This process happens faster if they’re in contact with materials like cotton, paper, or wood, which absorb oil. To minimize this, use a breathable plastic bag or container for storage.
Durability:
The outer layer is stretchy and firmer than the soft interior, making it quite durable. The cushioned end of the toy reduces the risk of accidental punctures, and the circular opening design is simple yet sturdy… tearing won’t be an issue anytime soon. With gentle care, your onahole will last for years!

Rating
23Hand has officially earned a spot in my top 10 onaholes with an amazing 9 out of 10. While I usually lean toward softer, milder toys, this one broke through my preferences in the best way. It’s intense, but not hard and not overwhelming. That’s a hard combo to pull off, and Peach Toys absolutely nailed it.
My only personal wish? I would’ve loved if the softer red material continued all the way through the tunnel. That might’ve pushed it into 10/10 territory for me. But as it stands, 23Hand is my top recommendation for anyone who enjoys strong stimulation without the harshness of firm materials. It’s a rare gem in the onahole world, and honestly, pretty underrated. Definitely worth trying if you’re hunting for a satisfying, well-balanced, intense experience.
