Design
Packaging, theme and specs
20HAND comes in a mostly pink box with a fox girl featured as the character on the front. The fox girl is a recurring theme, as also seen with 23Hand, which featured a different fox girl. I think this design choice is really cute and gives the series a nice identity.
20HAND is the handheld version of PAD20. There’s also a soft version called 20HAND Soft and a larger version called 20HAND Big. I’m especially excited to try the big version soon and share my thoughts on that as well.
As you already know, Peachtoys has become one of my favorite brands. They consistently deliver some of the most detailed and well-crafted tunnel designs in the onahole world.
The texture and overall feeling of 20HAND remind me a lot of one of my top 5 handheld onaholes: Puni Fuwa Mafia. However, this one feels a bit heftier and also offers better suction, which is a dream come true for fans of Puni Fuwa Mafia.

Feeling
Outer Appearance & Feel
I really like the color combination of 20HAND. It’s very rare to see a dual-layered onahole where the layers are separated in the front and back. Most of the time, the layers are divided between the outside and the inside. Not only is this one split front and back, but the front layer also kind of merges with the back layer inside the tunnel. It creates a nice gradient effect, which feels very unique, and I haven’t seen any other brand attempt this before. PeachToys has done it beautifully here. The purple and off-white colors blend into a very appealing gradient.
The front pinkish-white layer is the softer one, sitting at about “0” on my softness scale, while the purple layer at the back is slightly firmer, around a “+1” on my scale. 20HAND also has more exterior detail than most products from this brand. It includes realistic looking labia and even a belly button. Additionally, there are actually two openings, which is surprising. The anal hole is mostly decorative, but it’s deep enough to insert a bullet vibrator for some extra fun.
The material feels very velvety. It has the typical PeachToys smell and barely gets sticky. The toy also features a good amount of skin detail on the front and a small butt at the bottom that visually resembles the butt of Puni Fuwa Mafia.
My only critique is that the opening is really small. Usually, PeachToys is great at making wide and inviting openings, but this time it ended up being a bit too small. The small entrance makes insertion a bit tricky, but the good thing is that it doesn’t feel tight once you’re inside and the labia hugging your shaft actually looks really hot.
Inner tunnel
Let me start with my 4 favourite features of the tunnel of 20HAND: the unique dual-layer gradient, the ultra-fine texture, the flattened tunnel that makes it feel much more natural, and the great suction.
The texture is actually very similar to the “mimizu”(earthworm) texture of Kaku-Meiki Medium Mimizu 400 Soft that I reviewed recently. There are long vertical ridges covered in multiple very fine rills along their length, which also connect to the neighboring ridges. The feeling instantly reminded me of the texture in Puni Fuwa Mafia, which has one of my all-time favorite tunnel designs. So I liked 20HAND right from the start.
The tunnel itself is flat, which is an amazing feature. It’s pretty rare, and only some of my highest rated onaholes have a flattened tunnel, like Meiki ZXY from NPG, Rima Arai from Sensbody, or Kaku-Meiki DX. A flat tunnel mimics the natural shape of a vaginal tunnel much better than the circular tunnels that the vast majority of onaholes have. Because of this, the 20HAND hugs you in a way that feel natural.
The tunnel also creates great suction. The toy holds its shape quite well, and pushing out the air inside before insertion creates a mild vacuum toward the back of the tunnel, resulting in very satisfying suction sensations. I would place the tunnel at around “+1” on my intensity scale, but the longer you go, the smoother it gets. And the fine grooves store lube really well, making it glide effortlessly for a very long time.
20HAND is also quite versatile. It has a pronounced and slightly intense texture and great suction, but it also features a gentle and soft front layer. The deeper you go, the more intense it becomes. The tunnel also feels fairly long. It’s listed as 12 cm on paper, but it definitely feels longer… closer to around 15 cm. (Since the toy itself is 17 cm long and the material at the back is about 2 cm thick.)

Care
Cleaning:
Use mild soap or an onahole cleaner with water to rinse your toy thoroughly. A sponge stick can be very helpful for reaching deep inside the tunnel. Once clean, make sure to dry it completely using a drying stick or a soft, absorbent cloth to prevent moisture buildup.
Powdering:
To keep your onahole from getting sticky, apply a light coat of onahole powder or plain cornstarch. Brush off any excess, and it’ll feel just like real skin!
Storing:
Store your toy in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. UV rays can damage it, moisture can lead to mold, and heat can warp its shape. Over time, onaholes naturally lose some of their oils, which makes them firmer. This process happens faster if they’re in contact with materials like cotton, paper, or wood, which absorb oil. To minimize this, use a breathable plastic bag or container for storage.
Durability:
20HAND is pretty durable. Peachtoys puts a lot of importance on the durability of their onaholes. And with gentle use and proper maintenance, your onahole will last for years!

Rating
I give the 20HAND a fantastic 8.9 out of 10. It has four amazing standout features: a unique dual-layer gradient construction where the front and back layers gradually merge in a diagonal way, an ultra-fine texture that you can really feel (a signature element of PeachToys onaholes), a flat tunnel that creates a very natural sensation, and great suction.
If all of that sounds appealing to you, then this one is definitely worth checking out.
If the opening were a bit wider for easier insertion, I would have rated it as high as Puni Fuwa Mafia at 9.5/10, especially since it feels very similar in many ways. However, the bigger version 20HAND Big has the type of openings I like, and I’m excited to try it.
